Chapter 3. The First Class Trial

After discovering Rebecca and Nick's dead bodies, Monokuma had told everyone to meet him in the ballroom where the first class trial would take place. However, as everyone went to room the ballroom they saw what looked like a trial room and find 16 open spaces for them, which wasn't there before. There were two empty spaces with one of them having a picture frame of Rebecca with a red X on it, and the other ome having a picture frame of Nick with a red X on it. Monokuma was on a throne, which also wasn't there before,  and was excited for the trial. They each stand in an empty space ready to find the killer of their two friends.

Luna: "well? Who wants to start?"

Logan: "I'll go. Lets go over the evidence. Nick was killed with a knife and Rebecca had her throat slit. Most likely using the same knife since there wasn't any other sharp objects around"

Victor: "that means that Rebecca was killed first and then Nick"

Logan: "yeah. The windows of Rebecca and Nick's rooms were also removed"

Crater: "that explains how Nick ended up in Rebecca's room even though both of their doors were looked"

Asamoni: "wait, so Nick went into Rebecca's room, killed her...but then how did he die?"

Mia: "it was likely some kind of tussle or something"

Logan: "no, that's wrong. Based on the causes of death and the fact that there was only one weapon, there's no way it could've been a tussle"

Marcie: "why the hell not?"

Yuki: "if there was a tussle, only one of them would be dead. It is clear that Rebecca died first, and I don't think she could've stabbed Nick in the chest after getting her throat slit"

Victor: "holy shit! Yuki spoke?!"

Naku: "maybe it was an accident, and out of guilt, he stabbed himself"

Crystal: "no, I don't think so. Nick's eyes were open when we found the bodies and it looked like he had a shocked expression on his face"

Logan: "yeah, there's no doubt about it...both Rebecca and Nick were victims, and the killer is someone in this room right now"

Mia: "is there any more evidence we can go off of?"

Marcie: "yeah, I'm still convinced it was a suicide and not to victims"

Victor: "hold your boobs man!"

Marcie: "the f*ck did you just say?!"

Victor: "there is one piece of evidence we almost forgot. Good thing I remembered, man I'm so awesome, this could be the piece of evidence that saves us all, please, praise me mor-"

Jasmine: "the bloody footprint is what you are referring to, correct?"

Victor: "hey no fair! You just stole my thunder!"

Crystal: "you sure are as loud as thunder"

Victor: "hey!"

Logan: "there was a bloody footprint where the glass for the window should've been and it was facing outwards. The blood must've been from the dead bodies meaning that someone had to have left Rebecca's room AFTER Rebecca and Nick were killed"

Emily: "which means Rebecca and Nick were both killed by a third person who was in the room and Nick's death wasn't a suicide...but how would the killer leave? Rebecca's room is on the fourth floor. Did the killer jump off?!"

Elizabeth: "no, but I think I know how the killer escaped without jumping out"

Logan: "huh?"

Crystal: "Elizabeth...you have evidence?"
