🤍Iwaoi- Sick Pt.1

So I got done with studying for tomorrow's exam and thought I'll write something cuz I've been away for more than a week now ig?

Well exams end in 2 days tho idk if I'll be able to post for a few more days after that....
(Got sick and fainted, tho I'm doing well now. Just weakness due to overworking myself)

3rd person POV

It's been more than a week since the Interhigh match, Aoba Johsai lost in the semifinals.
(Not related to the original haikyuu plot)

Oikawa blamed his knee injury for the loss, saying "Only if I hadn't slipped on the court- the set would have been perfect". His knee started acting up after the small accident restricting his moves on the court.

After resting for a few days; fORceD to by Iwa-chan and his teammates. He started practicing again, if I may add "harder". He would wait till late to practice, alone or with Yahaba, after all he is worried for his senpai.

Today is just like the other days, practicing in the gym. To say Oikawa's tired is an understatement, he is more than just tired. Everyone could tell by the look of his pale skin, the exhaustion in eyes visible, skinner, continues sighs and groans were heard from him.

The team decided to tell Iwaizumi about it but he's no where to be found.

"Captain, where's Iwaizumi-San??" Yahaba enquired.

"He is coming in late. His homeroom teacher called him" Oikawa replied.

"Oh, I guess we could take a break...." the worry visible in Yahabas voice.

Oikawa knitted his brows together, thinking "Uh yeah....we should" finally agreeing to the idea with a long sigh.

Yahaba nodded as they made their way to the benches, sitting down comfortably.
Oikawa leaned back on the wall and closed his eyes.

It was uncomfortable- to have everyone's eyes on you, Oikawa thought but pushed the thought away, deciding not to be bothered by it.

The others sat down talking and making jokes, enjoying their break which didn't last long.....
They heard a loud thud everyone's eyes widened at the sight-

Oikawa lied there on the bench, unconscious.
Everyone rushed to him.

"Oikawa-San! Oikawa-sannn!" They shook his body.

"Oikawa-san??" Yahaba patted his cheeks.

"We need to take him to the infirmary"

Without a thought, Kyotani picked him up and sprinted to the infirmary with Yahaba.
The others stayed in the gym and cleaned up.
Kindaichi left to search for Iwaizumi.

After a good 15mins of running here and there he found him coming out from one of the classrooms on the third floor.

"Iwaizumi-sannn!!!" He shouted

"Don't shout!"

Kindaichi walked to him sweating and panting heavily.
