Hi everyone! I hope you're enjoying my small little Dabi story! This is my first ever fanfic so my inner Tamaki Amajiki is really showing out!! With that being said I'm going to take a small break, maybe about a week or so, to gather my thoughts for where I want this story to end up! I also wanted to state a couple things that may or may not be understood by my writing!
The Reader is quirkless. I'm not original enough right now to think of a unique quirk to give her so there's that.
This is an alternate universe, but with that being said I want Dabi to keep the majority of his canon personality. Just exclude the murder and the more intense predator vibes.
With this being an alternate universe what I'm also excluding is the hero/villain society. Quirks exist but are heavily regulated and documented to reduce crime. So the need for "heroes" is unnecessary.
Dabi and Hawks friendship is something I'm building off of the fanon idea of them being childhood friends.
To everyone else in this universe Hawks is known as Keigo, but Dabi calls him Hawks after Keigo takes off from the roof of his house flying.
I mentioned in this last part that Keigo had a shift after eating with Dabi. I want to keep the workaholic part of his personality so in order to afford the life style he lives he works for Enji as an assistant.
I chose to keep Dabi's villain alias because even though his existence would be erased with the hero/villain society gone in my story Enji is still a POS who arranged his marriage to Rei in order to produce offspring whos quirks were strong. Dabi keeping the canon hatred for Enji refuses to use his family name and goes by this nickname.
