It is shown that Hiyoko majorly bullies Mikan. It is seen Hiyoko uses bullying to make herself look smaller and maybe push insecurity's on to other people but that doesn't excuse it. Overall this relationship without any therapy or proper mental help from both ends would not work and would most likely be pretty toxic.
