I actually dont know how australian schools are bc... Well im canadian SO im just gonna make the school thing like in canada with the obvious fact that it's winter in aussie but summer in canada so like it's really cold rn and like Christmas is summer etc.

---------

And we spent about a week, okay well I did mom was at work from 8am to 9pm and sometimes 5pm, to finish fixing the house.

Also the week before school started, which meant i only had Saturday, tomorrow, and Sunday to finish my room.

Well, sure, it's 11:43pm and I'm tired, reallytired.

But i had to finish my room so i had the weekend to myself.

I grabbed the the thin box laying slanted on my wall and cut it open. I picked each poster one by one and hung or stuck them to my wall.

Around 3am I was done putting up all my posters and a sighed in relief, half because i was done and half because i already changed and brushed my teeth before i started.

I plopped my bed and curled my body as i pulled cover over my body as it began to snow outside.

Crazy  how  i  have  to  relive  snow  after  just 4 months.

I woke up from a large bang from avross the hall and I shot up in the air and ran to the source of the noise.

I entered my moms room and saw her stand there frozen as she looked down at the broken glass.

I walked over to her and realized she started to cry.

"Mom" I whispered as I put a hand on the small of her back. "You okay?"

"Ah" she laughed, wipping away a tear. "I'm perfect"

"Mom" I whispered again, this time wrapping my arms around her neck and pulling her into a hug.

I looked at the broken glass on the floor but before I could say anything about it she spun around and clenched onto my shirt, crying into my chest. I pet her hair and murmered her favorite poem.

The one dad wrote her.

Her quiet sobs turned into small wimpers and she started to pull away from me, wipping away the remaining tears.

"Silly me" she laughed. "I'll be late for work"

"Mom" i spoke with a worried tone. "Was that dad's?"

She looked at me and smiled.

"Yeah."

And then she grabbed her purse, running off to the bus stop yelling "i love you" as she slammed the door.

I spent just about the whole day dusting, brooming, cooking and fixing a few small details around the house.

Okay and watching TV.

I woke up on sunday with a shiver, and i knew it was gonna be cold outside that day, but i ended up doing exactly what i did the previous day, that day.

Mom: Hey sweetie, old friend of mine wants us to join her for super. Wanna go? xo

Me: well thats consists of moving

Me: so no

Mom: alright sweet cheeks. Be careful. Lock everything. xo

Me: Alright mum. Enjoy yourself.
