Chapter 8

After spending the whole night with Jean, listening to him talk, comforting him when he cried, hugging him when he needed it, he decided he was going to stop all this and try forget about it for Sasha's birthday.

It was now morning, the morning of Sasha's  birthday. She had spent the night at Connie's. When her and Connie came home, you ran over and hugged her.

"Happy birthdayyy"

"Thank you!"

"Wait I got a present" you ran over to your bed and checked under it for the presents. You grabbed them and then ran back over to Sasha. She opened them and her eyes lit up.

She gave you another tight hug. "Thank you so much y/n!"

You, Connie, Jean and Sasha talked in your dorm for a few hours. You didn't realise it was 4pm.

"It's 4pm, does anyone wanna go out to eat or anything?" Sasha asked.

"Sasha we're throwing a party for you" Connie laughed.

"Really??! Is there gonna be food??!"

"Yes" Connie replied.

"Okay I'm in, what do I were though?"

"Wear whatever you like, birthday girl." Jean said, trying to force a smile for her.

When it was time to go to the party, the four of you got ready. Jean and Connie went back to their dorm, which wasn't far from yours.

"Does this look nice?" Sasha asked, twirling the red flowing dress around.

"You look gorgeous"

You wore a sage green checkered skirt, a white shirt with a sage green cardigan over it. You left your hair the way it was.

You grabbed Sasha's hand and dragged her out to your car. She hopped in, as did you. The party was going to be held in a frat house. There was already a party going on when you got there, but you and your friends were going down to the basement.

When you got down there was already a few people there. Everyone came over to hug and wish happy birthday to Sasha. You walked over to where Jean and Connie were.

"You doing okay?" You asked Jean.

"Well I have to say yes, I don't want to ruin Sasha's night" he chuckled.

You and Connie looked at each other with a sympathetic look. You side hugged him. To try help get his mind of things, you asked Jean and Connie to play a card game.

"Sure"

As you were playing, that one bitch Rachel walked down. She went over to Sasha and hugged her.

"Ugh that bitch" you said giving her a death glare.

"She's so fake it hurts" Connie added.

She then came walking over to the three of you. "Oh hi y/n, how are things with you and Mikasa?" She plastered a bitchy smile on her face.

"Why do you want to know Rachel?" You snapped.

Then Mikasa came over. "Rachel get away from them." She tried to pull rachel's arm away.

"Mikasa, don't tell me what to do or else" Rachel patted Mikasa's shoulder before walking away.

"Sorry about her." Mikasa said looking down.

"What was that about?" You asked.

"I- I don't know" she replied. "I'm gonna go find Ymir, see you later"
