Chapter 2

     After the family settled into their new home and got familiar with Japan, Tori and Marie spent all of December to finish 8th and 6th grade. They started their 9th and 7th year of school in January and finished in second to last week of March. While working on school Tori was training her quirk and getting her body in shape. She was somewhat skinny, but she got her stomach flat with a six pack, it wasn't fully defined, but it was noticeable. She took up boxing and martial arts to train her body physically and make it able to handle her pyro quirk better. Her stamina was off the charts, she could train for hours and barely tire.

     The new school term started in the second week of April, while in the first week was the entrance exam for UA. Victoria wasn't particularly pleased. She just finished schooling and was about to start her sophomore year, but the bright side to this was that she was back on track and wasn't a grade behind. She barely got to talk to her friends because she was so busy with school and training for the entrance exam. Tori was currently eating oatmeal with some fruit before she made her way to UA for the entrance exam. She was fifteen and old enough to have her license for a motorcycle, which was nice because she owned a black Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX motorcycle with a hint of red accents (picture). After breakfast, she packed a small bag with black workout shorts and tank top plus some black Tennie shoes. She wore a tan skirt that reached mid-thigh, a cropped black polo shirt, and her favorite white and black adidas shoes. Tori made her way to her bike and grabbed her black helmet; as she mounted her bike she heard "You will do great Tori, your mother and I are proud of you. You've trained so hard that I know you will impress others." Her father said. Tori started the bike and looked at her father "Thank you, I will bring honor to this family by passing," she then put on her helmet and left their compound.

     As she arrived at the school, Tori got many looks because of her bike. She parked and hopped off the bike, people were staring, waiting for her to take her helmet off. Once she did, her long brown locks feel from the helmet and gasps were heard. Tori couldn't careless about people looking at her, she has been told that she is a very beautiful girl. She is tall, tan, and suffers from no blemishes, she doesn't wear makeup, the closest she gets is mascara. As Tori was walking up to the doors, she noticed a boy with green curly hair up head mumbling to himself. She watched him trip, but grabbed the back of his shirt and stopped him from falling. She pulled him up and said "quit your mumbling and watch where you are going, I doubt there will be someone next time to catch you if you fall." Tori walked away and through the doors were she was directed to the auditorium. She sat next to and ash-blonde who looked like he had anger issues. The green haired kid sat to the other side of her and soon enough the huge room was filled up.

     The hero Present Mic walked onto stage and started the with and introduction into the written test. When she received the test, she noticed a massive amount of misspelled words but figured they were there on purpose. "The test starts now!" Tori got to work on correcting all the misspelled words throughout the test first .One that was done, she focused on the mathematics as that was a subject that she was weak at, but still good at. She answered any all short answer questions then long essay questions. She was done 30 minutes before their hour and half timer went off, which she spent that time checking her work. Soon the test ended and everyone passed their test in. The green haired kid look nervous and the ash-blonde seemed frustrated, but so did a lot of the kids in the auditorium. Present Mic then explained the practical exam which was fighting robots. That seemed to get the green haired kid even more anxious and the ash-blonde seemed ready to pumble the robots.

     After everyone changed from their nice clothes to workout ones, they all got onto their assigned bus. Tori got stuck with the nervous wreck so she figured she needed to calm him down before he lost it. "What's your name?" The boy looked at her "Midoriya Izuku" "what's our quirk" she noticed him figit with his hands "I have a strength enhancing quirk, but I always break my arms when I use it. I have to put energy in a specific part of my body then release it when I punch." Tori thought for a bit and it reminded her of All Might's quirk. "Instead of sending the energy to one limb, send it throughout your whole body. Its like how you would microwave food, the energy is being sent through the whole thing, not just one part." As she finished the explanation, the bus pulled up and everyone piled out. Tori started stretching while continuing the conversation. Midoriya also started to stretch while listening. "I have a feeling that when you got your quirk, your body wasn't ready for it. So you had to work your body to handle it, but you had an oaf of a teacher I'm guessing." Midoriya seemed nervous that Tori would figure out his secret. "Send the energy throughout your body, not in just once place." Tori got up and left the boy to think about what she said.

     The gates opened and Tori started to run in, but the others started to shout that she was cheating. She heard Mic over the intercom "There is no count down in a villain fight!" Everyone started to run in as she just burned her fifth robot. She created a phoenix and sent it to the center of the city to start taking down robots. She punch a robot square in the face, saving a kid from getting hurt. Tori went around and helped a few people who were about to get hurt. She figured that she wracked up enough points and called back her phoenix. Before she could dismiss her flaming bird, a huge rumble was felt and the massive zero pointer showed up. Everyone started running, but she noticed people in between buildings and some stuck under ruble. Tori hopped onto her bird and flew up to the back of its head, where the control panel was. She was thankful that she studied Dani's designs on the robots and knew bout the software her father installed in them. She typed in the code and shut down the robot before it could cause any damage. Present Mic said "exam is over! If you are injured them we have a medic coming around" as she was picking up the ruble off the girl trapped.

     Victoria walked into the girls locker room to rinse off the sweat and change back into the outfit she wore before the practical test. As she was walking out of the school and towards her bike, she noticed the ash-blonde watching her. She couldn't tell if her was checking out the bike, or if he was trying to ignore that fact that she owned such a beauty. Tori put on her helmet and mounted her bike when she notice the Midoriya kid and girl she saved started to approach her. She stated up her bike and pulled out of the parking lot before they got to her. When she arrived home, she went to her room to actually shower. Once done, she braided her hair and put on some soft shorts and a hoodie. She talked with her family during dinner then got ready for bed after reading a few chapters of her book. She was wondering if she passed, but went to sleep knowing that the results would be coming in a few days.
