Your POV

"THAT STUPID MAN THING!" My lover screams throwing her vanity against the wall

Her daughters jump in fright looking up at her with fear.

"We're sorry mother. He just-"

"I don't want to hear any excuses!" She shouts at them sitting on her bed

I walk over, joining her and massaging her shoulders to help calm her down. Almost immediately her muscles start to relax, causing her to lean back into my touch. I look over at the three frightened daughters giving them a sympathetic gaze.

"You all should go rest. I'll take care of your mother."

They nod quickly leaving the room. I turn my attention back to Alcina, kissing her cheek.

"You really need to go easy on them. Ethan almost killed them."

Alcina sighs her muscles tensing back up again, "I know and I'm thankful that you were able to intervene but Mother Miranda will be upset at his escape. She'll be disappointed in me." She mumbles the last part wrapping her arms around herself

I frown moving myself into her lap. I cup her pale face with my hands making her golden eyes look into my E/C ones. Her beautiful face now contorted with fear and worry.

"Just tell Mother Miranda what happened and that I will be tracking him down."

"Y/N-"

"No this isn't up for debate. You must prepare for the ceremony. Leave him to me."

Alcina opens her mouth to argue but then closes it. She sighs placing her hands on my hips pressing her lips to my forehead.

"Very well. I'll allow you to chase after him."

"You'll allow me hm?~" I giggle wrapping my arms around my neck

"Yes. How else will you escape my grasp?~" She smirks sliding her arms around me

"Fair point." I laugh pecking her lips

She pulls me back into a kiss pressing her lips firm against mine. I immediately kiss back moving my hands up to her cheeks as the kiss deepens. Alcina's tongue darts across my lips wanting access. I however decline her and break the kiss.

"My love you know if this goes any farther than I'll be trapped in your bed for the rest of the day." I smile feeling her breath on my lips

"It's not like you would complain darling~" She smirks letting me get up from her lap

"I wouldn't if that man wasn't on the loose." I state grabbing my jacket, "Now I'll be off to catch him. I should be back by sundown."

"Confident are we?" She chuckles

"Of course."

I blow her a kiss, grabbing the cloth with Ethan's blood on it as I walked out. I walk through the halls narrowing my focus so I can find this male. I quickly exit the castle making sure the door was closed shut before bringing the rag to my nose. My nerves

"It won't be long now." I smirk running after the scent

Branches smack and scratch at me as I run through the forest, the snow crunching under my feet. I pass through the village not paying any mind to the other lycans that are attacking it. They don't pay me any mind either since I was kinda a sister to them. I mean they're lycans and I'm a lycan, but at the same time we're not the same species. Ethan's scent becomes stronger when I re-enter the forest heading towards an unclaimed territory. I notice an opening up ahead and stop at the tree line, using a tree to cover me.
