I woke up to Kaylee crying I picked her up and gave her a bottle which she was still crying. So I took her outside to roam around the hallway to calm her down
Kairis POV- It's was four am and I was watching a movie when I heard a baby crying of course I had to check outside and see if it was coming from the hallway as I looked to the right. Nothing. I looked to the right and saw what seemed to be y/n so I walked up to her
"Hey you okay" I told her as I put my hand in her shoulder
"Yeah just trying to get her back to sleep" y/n said as she sighed
"Here let me see" I said and held my hands out
She hesitatated as she didn't know " "Just trust me y/n" I told her as I got closer to her "Okay just be carful" she said as she handed me Kaylee
"Hey Kaylee" I said as she rapped her hand on my finger and smiled
"See she likes me already" I told y/n as I smirked and she rolled her eyes at me
"Okay cmon now give me my child back"
"You mean our child and in a bit I wanna charish this moment a little longer" I said as I looked at her
"Fine let's go to my room though I don't wanna stay outside"
"Okay" I said as we walked to her Roma and sat down on the bed Later on y/n fell asleep and left me with Kaylee
"Hey Kaylee, I know you probably don't understand me but I'm going to make it up to you and your mommy, I'm going to be the best father and hopefully be with your mom and stick our little family back together"
I said as she smiled and I put her down to bed as she was getting sleepy
I woke up to twenty missed phone callas from my friends I checked the time and it was 7am, when I realized I had accidentally fallen asleep, I tired to see y/n sleeping so I shook her gently
"Hey in going to go to my room.do you maybe want to the mall later" he said as he rubbed the back of his neck
"Sure" y/n said as she rubbed her eyes
I went back to my room and layer down for a while
"Where have you been dude" mattia asked while he walked into the room with breakfast
"I was with y/n" I said as I stood up
"Woah,and what is that all about" he said as he put his plate down and sat next to the boy
"I don't know, I just really want to be their for my daughter and y/n, i mean i know I left them but I'm really trying to fix things" the boy said as he sighed
"Part of me misses me and y/n but I know that she will possibly won't want to get back together with me, I left her when she really needed me. I mean look at her she's doing this all by herself and-" He didn't finish as his friend Inter upped
"Look kai, y/n has done this all by herself it's going to take her time to forgive you and want to start something with you. I mean you did leave her and it really hurt her" mattia said as he patted his friend in the back as his friend just sighed in confusion
"But" mattia said as he raised his finger "their is still hope. Their is still hope. You just have to believe" mattia said as they both smiled
Later
"Okay you got everything ready" kairi said as he was on the phone with y/n
"Yeah I'm about to head down, I just have to get Kaylee in her stroller and her bag and that's it"
"I'll go up and help you" I said as I ran up the stair and knocked on giver door and hanged up
"Okay so you grab the diaper bag and I'll just get the stroller" I said as I grabbed the stroller from y/n
"Hi Babyy, cmon let's go we're going to have so much fun "I said as I picked her up And put her in her stroller and buckled her in
"Okay let's go" t/n said as she opens the door and we left to the mall
At the mall-
"Okay so what are we going to do" y/n said as we got to the mall
"We can go shopping for cloths for Kaylee" kairi said as he looked at me and pointed at a shop
we got into the shop and I started looking around till I saw a couples section which you all matched
"Y/n look" i said as i grabbed her hand and pulled her over to the section
"but were not a couple" y/n said as she looked at me
"Not yet" I said under my breath As she looked at me wide eye after that
"N e ways I'll get them it's fine" I said a I picked out some outfits and payed for them at the front at the desk
"Here take a picture of me and Kaylee" y/n said as she posed with Kaylee, I took a few pics and then she offers to take pics of me and Kaylee, I agreed and then we went to our hotel as it was getting colder by the minute
We went to her room and laid down for a bit as Kaylee was already asleep And I between us
Y/n POV
I saw how he looked at her. The way I looked at Kaylee, he was trying but I just wasn't sure if I wanted this, he's trying, you can see it but let's hope he stays.
"My baby's so cute" kairi said as he still kept observing her sleep And I just smiled
"I'm trying y/n I hope you know that" he said as my smile faded away
"I know. I know your trying I see it" I said as I looked at him
"i really am trying okay, I know I left you and I'm very sorry but I'm back and I really want things to work out for us" he said as I looked at him
"Oh kairi, I'm not doing this for us, I'm doing this for Kaylee, I love you and all but I have a kid to worry about. This isn't about me anymore" I said as I looked at him
"I know y/n, it isn't about us, it's about Kaylee but I want to fix things. I want us back"
oh how I wanted us back to but if only he knew.
