innocent mistake

After ordering pizza we were just taking stuff like me and Carter discussing something while kids being kids doing there continuous banter

As food arrives Carter asks Minni to go and collect parcel cause he was discussing something with me and we both thought we can complete it in 5 min before dinner, to which she replied with sass why me and I was like yeah it's back already and I just looked up from my phone and that does the job like she suddenly changed to ohh..  yeah and started walking to door and Carter sighed havily like this is difficult as always

She comes back with boxes and start setting table without saying anything which was her way of apologising to Sam. Sam knew this like she replied out of reflex now she is trying to be good so that i won't be mad at but no such luck cause when I made rules it  was clear I won't let anything slip like that .

If she was done with table she came to us saying dinner is served but we were not done yet with the project discussion and sherry was in his room to freshen up quickly so that buys us few mins right
I stare at her and she looks at the floor in regret ik, I point at corner nd say kneel she understood nd went to follow .

After we were done nd Sherry came down but was little scared seeing Minni to say anything
I asked her to come out she said sorry to me to which I point towards Carter after her apologies we eat our food with small talks.

Watched few episodes of series and than i asked them to head to bed as they need to be well rested.

I went to my room but I can't get my mind off with the one thing like may be I am over assuming but while talking to Carter i realised he was trying to avoid some sought of his work nd was trying to get mine nd copy which I won't appreciate at all he knew this still I felt he pushed through it, anyways I think I don't have worry about my eldest sibling hopefully.
