"you did whattttttt?" Sanyukta shouted at top of her lungs almost deafening Peter who already look apologetic.

"I'm sorry. Okay. I didn't knew that you don't want them to know." Peter defended himself.

"Okay then. I will tell everything you shared to me to Maria now." Sanyukta challenged him back.

"I didn't tell everything. I just told them what they asked me." Peter lowered his voice down as if it would calm her down.

"And what did they ask you .... Precisely? " Sanyukta put her both hands on her waist.

Peter looked away rubbing his neck.

"first they asked me how am I? And how you are doing at the restaurant?" At this sanyukta raised her eyebrow.

"And how did you answered that?" Sanyukta asked.

"Tremendous." Peter said in the exact way sanyukta has trained him. It made sanyukta smile a little but that was not the main point.

"And then?" Her voice was stern again.

"We talked and talked and talke..." Peter shut his mouth at sanyukta hard glare.

"Then they ask me if I have any idea what Sanyukta have plans for future." Peter told her truthfully at this sanyukta fold her hand in front of her.

"And how did you answered that one?" Sanyukta squint her eyes and lean closer to him.

Peter took a deep breath.

"Atleast I didn't tell them that you wanted to marry the prince of Spain." Peter joked but shut his mouth again when sanyukta didn't even smiled.

Sanyukta let out a frustrated sigh.

"Okay fine." Peter throw his hands back in surrender. "I told them that you wanted to be an interior designer when you were a kid but now as you didn't have money you can't pursue your dream anymore."

"All of it? That's all you tell them right? " Sanyukta question was answered by his silence. So then she knew "There is more. Spill the beans. Now."  Sanyukta demanded.

"Then they asked me why won't you tell them this or ask for money if you need it?" Peter looked up as if looking for something around.

"And what did you answer?" Sanyukta asked this time with a little hesitation.

"First let's get out of a place where you don't have so many sharp objects to kill me with." Peter admits walking out of the kitchen.

"What did you say?" Sanyukta asked running on the treadmill of patience.

There must be something that made aunt Zara ask her to quit her job at the restaurant after just three weeks.

"Peter, for the last time, what did you tell them?" Sanyukta didn't follow Peter out of the door. Eventually Peter walk back into the room and bang his palm on the wall.

"I told them that you didn't feel right to use their money. I told them that you are already feeling like you are a burden to them. I told them that everyday you wake you, you feel like you owe them something to bring you with them and trying to give you a better life. I told them that you feel so out of place in that house because you think you don't belong there. I told them how you didn't wanted to attend the party just because you had a childhood where you made to feel insecure about how you walk or how you talk. I even told them that you are scared of meeting new people because you think you are not interesting and they will eventually leave you and make fun of you later. I told them that you want to feel loved but then you think that you don't deserve the love you are getting. I told them that you feel you are the worst person walking alive on this earth because you think you are good for nothing. You think you are worthless. You think you are just a liability to Zara and Zayn." Peter was angry now. He wasn't sure what was the anger for. Is it because he really tell all of this to aunt Zara and uncle Zayn or is it because sanyukta really meant it.

"You wouldn't..." Sanyukta choked on her own tears. She felt betrayed.

"I vent it out all to you because I think you are my friend." Sanyukta couldn't stop but let those tears run down her cheek.

Peter was silent. He knew he messed up.

Sanyukta had a trouble crying in front of anybody so she turned around because Peter wasn't looking away from her crying self.

"They had to know." Peter finally said.

"No." Sanyukta sobbed again.

"They had to. Zara and Zayn are not like your parents sanyukta. They don't feel disappointed when you share your problems to them. They don't call you by your insecurities. They don't embarrass you more on the things you feel embarrass about." Peter once decided that he won't let sanyukta remember what her parents did to her but here he is, making her remember all of it.

"Life had literally given you another chance. Another family which is totally different from the one you had, the one that made you hate yourself every single day, that made you feel you are worthless or that you can't do anything great in your life." Peter walked closer to sanyukta.

"Just open your heart to them and they will plant a flower in every dark corners of your heart." Peter added.

"We both have got a family we didn't ask for. We both have got the best family anybody could ask for." Peter mumbled close to sanyukta ear.

"do you think Zara could ever love someone who doesn't't have something worthy deep inside, which don't smell like a fresh garden wherever they go, which don't make the room light-up whenever they are present." Peter asked. " She loves you immensely."

At this sanyukta began to realise how much stupid she was being. Crying. Shouting. Doubting. Sometimes she is really worse at managing stress.

"Please talk to me." Peter requested behind her.

"Fine." Sanyukta wipe her tears. "But I want revenge." She turn around.

Peter smiled a little but question with his eyes.

"I will tell Maria that you are planning to own a strip club in future." Sanyukta smirked through her tears and Peter shake his head in disbelief before rolling his eyes.

"fine then I will tell them that you want to be a stripper in that club." Peter smirked this time.

"That's a lie." Sanyukta pointed out.

"But they don't know that." Peter smiled brightly before running out of the kitchen while sanyukta chased him with a big spatula gripped in her fingers.
