Perfect mistake // Calum Hood

Calum was different

Elizabeths pov:
I woke up in a hotel bed next to a naked Calum. I dont remember much from last night. Last thing i remember was taking my first shot of fireball which wasnt the best choice of mine. I slowly and quietly begin to get up out of bed, then i heard a knock on the door. I froze. I was already halfway out of bed and i didnt want anyone else to see me. The door was beginning to open and i rushed out of the bed trying to hide myself and ended up falling on the floor.
I lifted only my head from the side of my bed to find Michael standing there with a smirk on his face as he leaned against the door frame. "Oh sorry is this a bad time?" He questioned with laughter lining his voice.
"What do you want prick?"
"Um thats a bit rude, dont you think?"
"Shutup and tell me what you need."
"Calum needs to hurry up and get ready for the interview at 11 its already 10:30." He says bluntly before walking out and slamming the door behind him.
I drop my head forward and let it lean against the bed in relief. I went over to my bag in the corner of the room and quickly picked out a simple outfit and went to the bathroom to change before i told Calum to get up.
I put on my skinny jeans that were a sort of indigo blue. I slipped on a big grey shirt and folded the sleeves and put on a black beanie quickly before going to wake Calum.
"Hey ms. Sleeping beauty, wake up."
A faint smile formed on his lips before he began to flutter his eyes open. "You have like 30 minutes to get ready for some interview."
"Aww, but i would much rather stay here with you." He pouts as he wraps his arms around my body and cuddles me into his.
"Cal c'mon you have too." I say struggling to get out of his grip.
"Fine, but can you come?"
"No Cal. This is gonna be my first and probably only time in LA, i dont have to spend it latched on to you like a leech."
"Fine." He finally pulls his arms away from my body and begins to get out of bed and head towards the bathroom. I search the room for my phone and lay down right in Calums spot. It was still warm from his presence.
"Ok lets go" he says in about 2 minutes.
"How do you look so perfect so quickly?"
"Its called natural beauty my sweet."
"Where do i buy that?" He lets out a small chuckle before i walk past him to go put on just a bit of makeup. I put on some concealer in all needed places. I trace the top of my eyelid near my eyelashes with a black pencil leaving behind a thin line and i brush on some mascara before slipping on my black and white converse and following Calum out the door.
"So where are you gonna go?" Calum asks me before getting into the uber waiting for them.
"I dont know yet but theres a starbucks right there so thats stop 1." He laughs at my comment before nodding and entering the car.
I walk across the street to starbucks and order my regular coffee and muffin before sitting down and pulling out my phone to call Camilla.
"Hey! Oh my god how has it been so far?!" She squeals in my ear causing a laugh to pour between my lips.
"Its been really great. I went to a club last night and i actually had alot of fun."
"No way, you hate clubs!"
"Yeah yeah i do, but this one was pretty great."
"Wow and your always so stubborn about everything how did they even convince you to go. Are you sure im talking to Elizabeth?"
"Oh my gosh its not that weird. Im not even that stubborn chill."
"Oh yeah ok whatever you say. Hey so sorry you called me at work so just remember your 2 hours behind so you dont call me when im at work."
"Oh ok. So talk to you later then."
"Bye Eli."
"Bye cam."

I decided to go to the Getty Center and sight see. It was really big and everything was so beautiful and amazing. When the boys came back to the hotel from their long day we all decided to go to the beach for a bit even though it was late.
"Michael, Calum stop! I swear to god!" I scream and kick and struggle to become free of their grasp on my arms and legs as i hear the Luke and Ashton laughing their asses off. My struggling and screaming did nothing for me. They let go of me letting me drop in the ice cold ocean.
As soon as my head popped up above the water i began to scream. "I hate you both oh my god!" They are both running back to the sand laughing like fools. Once they got to the small bonfire they stopped and began to laugh harder.
"You guys are assholes!" I yell to them as i walk out the water hugging myself trying to conduct any heat i can.
"Awww im sorry." Michael says running to me with his arms open signaling he wants a hug from me. He runs into me almost knocking me down before wrapping his arms around me. His bare chest was warm against me. I stood there with my arms still hanging beside me, refusing to hug him back. He pulls his arms away from me before picking me up bridal style causing me to squeal in surprise. He placed me down in front of the fire and went to sit next to Luke across from me.
I looked beside me to find Calum slightly eyeing Michael. I scoot a but closer to him so he gives his attention to me. "Someones a bit jealous." I say in a mocking tone.
He scoffs looking into the fire. "Sure." I laugh at him and cuddle into him causing him to put his arm around me and play with my now wet hair. "Your kind of making me cold."
"Oh shutup." He laughs making his chest move from underneath me and i can feel his heartbeat increase slightly.
I loved the feel of his body on mine. It just felt so right, even though everything about it felt so wrong. I never thought i would show someone all of me without even knowing them first, but Calum was different. It was a mistake yes, but it has definitly been worth it. Whats the point in stopping now its not like i can change it. Im just going to follow this path wherever it takes me.
