I mean it may last for a long time and it might be annoying to hear "It's gonna be okay soon!  Thing's will get better soon! You're strong enough!" and it may not be getting better any time soon. Trust me ik how that feels to not be okay for a long time. But it will soon. You gotta fight through.

Yeah for some of us putting in effort is hard. Getting out of bed daily is hard all you wanna do is just stay in bed and do nothing. But try to do something. Even if nobody around you is supporting you at least try to find the strength inside you ,, even if it's only an ounce. Let that ounce grow.

I haven't been able to do that at all but I've been trying. It may not seem like it but I am and that's what counts.
