Medusa lay in bed, her mind finally at ease as she listened to her husband's peaceful breathing beside her. She rolled to her side and looked down into his sleeping face and felt a stab of joy within her. The pain of not being able to have children had clung to the royal couple for so long they had eventually grown used to it. Not until Dr. Halen's actions had been revealed- and reversed- did Medusa realize just how painful this had been. She lay a hand on her belly and somehow she knew that she was pregnant. There would be tests to confirm this, of course. Still, she was certain that a life was growing inside of her. A mother knows.

Blackagar stirred in his sleep and caught sight of his wife gazing down upon him. He sat up and smiled at her as he took her in his arms. They clung to each other tightly in the dark. When he broke away, he raised his hands and began to move them.

"Yes, husband. I believe I am pregnant...of course...yes, that's a good idea...no...he doesn't...I didn't think it was a good idea to tell him...Dean shouldn't know his destiny. Not yet. It may not happen if he knows."

After impatiently waiting, night had finally fallen

After impatiently waiting, night had finally fallen. Bradley eagerly collected his telescope and ran outside. His parents watched from the window with happy expressions on their faces as their son set up his little telescope and began stargazing.

"See, I told you he would like that better than a basketball goal," his mother said as she leaned her head on her husband's shoulder.

"As usual, you were right," he responded before taking her in his arms. "You know, he'll be out there for a while with that thing, looking for who knows what. Gives me plenty of time to look for Uranus."

"Or wash the dishes," she replied with a sardonic smile as she swatted her husband's hands away and walked toward the kitchen.

"That's exactly what I was going to say," he muttered, a smile of amusement on his face.

While his parents were busy in the kitchen, Bradley kept his eyes focused on the sky through the lens of his telescope. He stared up at the stars in awe, his head full of dreams of finding a new planet. Maybe they would name it after him? Bradley? He shook his head. That wasn't a great name for a planet.
