~ Part 4~

we got in his car and went to my house he tried to go to the front gate

"Wait Dominic don't I can't see them yet pull around the back by my room" I pleaded

And he did he pulled around to the back gate and I got out of the car "hey ace" I said to the security guard

" hey Lilah what can I do for you," he asked "I just need to get to my room," I said

"Ok"

Me and Dominic went to my room I grabbed a bag and shoved clothes and some makeup, and some jewelry I went to my closet I had to pick what to wear to my aunt's funeral I decided on a dress I put it in my bag

"Come on," I said grabbing Dominic's hand "why are you in a rush," he asked " I just cant be here right now," I said

Walking out the back gate and next to his car we got in and drove to my aunt's house he tried to go up to her front gate

"Don't, you need to park a street away" I said "why?" he asked, "I'll explain everything later just please listen to me please and when we get in there don't touch anything unless I tell you ok?" I said "fine but I will be waiting for that explanation," he said

He parked in a hidden spot I told him to and we snuck through a secret place I knew where no one would see us and we went to my aunt's room I went next to her dresser and moved the rug a little and pulled up on the floor pieces and there was a padlock I typed in the password and stepped back and the floor started moving

"What the heck," Dominic said I don't know why he was shocked everyone in the mafia had a secret place

As soon as the floor stopped moving I walked down the stairs and into the secret room

" grab that bag over there," I told him

He grabbed the bag and handed it to me I started stuffing files into the bag

" get all the files make sure it's every last one of them" I got to a closet in the room and punch in the code it opens and there's a bunch of weapons in there I grab them all sticking them in a bag

" I got all of them," he said

" come on we got to go" we go back to my aunt's room and I go to her jewelry box and get out the locket that she always wore it had a picture of her and me"

We hurried and walked out and to the car without anyone seeing us

" Can we just go home and we could get takeout"

"Yeah I like that idea," he said

We went to his house and we ordered Chinese I had to go through all the files and tell him everything

" Can you help me go through these files?" I asked

" of course but can you tell me why you were in  such a hurry at your house and why you couldn't  be there and why do you need all these files," he said

" before my aunt was killed I was supposed to move with her my parents were against it they were trying to keep me there against my will I just needed to leave they are not who  you think they are and all the files are about her mafia and legal things about me and they were also trying to overthrow her power since my uncle died a few months ago  "

" they hurt you," he said more as a statement than a question

I just nodded my head and looked through the files

We were looking through them for about half an hour and our Chinese food was really good
