Nightmare's eyes fluttered open, finding a sleeping Chara laying beside him. He smiled and sat up, ruffling Chara's hair. He gently pulled the covers over the little girl and opened the door. He walked down the stairs, finding some of his team awake. "Mornin' Boss." Dust said. "Good morning Dust." Nightmare responded. "Is Raspberry in the training room again?" Night asked. Fell nodded. "He's kinda worried, so he's beating up a storm in there." Fell said, taking a little drink of his mustard. Feet padded on the floor, and in came Chara, holding a pillow up to her chest. "M-Morning...!" Chara said. "Mornin' Char.." Killer said. Nightmare was quiet, he still didn't forgive himself after what happened last night. Chara walked over to Nightmare, and smiled up at him, as a 'it's okay.' Nightmare sighed in defeat and patted Chara on her head, which of course, made Chara giggle. "Well isn't she just a bundle of joy." Error semi-joked. "Let's hope she stays that way..." Dust murmured. Chara walked to a nearby window and looked outside. So pretty... She thought. "What'cha looking at kid?" Fell asked, walking beside her. Chara smiled. "Nothing. J-Just looking at the v-view." Fell looked outside as well, raising a eyebrow. "Huh. Pretty sunny out there." Fell said. Chara nodded. She looked down at herself, realizing she hadn't got out of her PJ'S yet. She blushed a bit, tugging at her oversized green t-shirt. Chara walked upstairs quickly, returning to Nightmare's room.
A few moments later, after struggling with her hair in the mirror, chara walked down the steps, in the clothes Dust gave her. She saw Dust sitting on the couch, and walked over to him. She sat down beside him. Dust's eyes drifted over to her. "What." He said. "N-Nothing..." Chara answered. Dust shrugged and went right back to scrolling through things on his phone. Chara sighed and walked up the stairs, thinking Dust didn't want her there. She found another staircase and walked up it, leading her to the balcony. She gasped at the beautiful scenery outside and giggled in excitement.
(13 minutes later....)
Night: WHERE IS CHARA?! DustyBoi: Dunno boss. ✨ O r e o ✨: I tried looking in her room, but she ain't there... Red: Bloody h3ll... Where can that kid even BE?
