16. Boyfriend

A/N: Sorry for the slow update. Your girl's been kind of busy. A LOT happens in this chapter though.

Date: October 15th

"Do you think there will be people there trying to kill us?" Yeonjun asked as the five of them looked around the weaponry.

They did train a little bit, so they knew how to shoot now at least.

"Probably. Beomgyu, look," Soobin said, taking a a bow that was matte black and had glittery purple designs on it off the wall.

"Wow," Beomgyu said, in awe at how it looked. He walked over and took it from him. "It looks great. Thanks." He also took a black quiver from the wall and made sure it was full of arrows before walking over to Taehyun. "You said there was an armory here too, right?"

Taehyun nodded.

"We'll go there now."

They went to the elevator and Taehyun clicked a button, making them go deeper down into the earth.

"It's kind of terrifying," Kai said. "Going so far down."

They all agreed and then went to the armory to just get cool looking clothes.

A/N: Search up Techwear outfits. They're basically wearing clothes like that.

Anyway, fast forward a little bit and they were riding those cool futuristic bikes again.

Taehyun felt a few raindrops and sighed, stopping. They all slowed down and the three looked at him in confusion.

"What's wrong?" Kai asked, and then he heard Beomgyu scream at a loud thunder clap.

"Beomgyu, are you okay?" Yeonjun asked, rubbing his shoulder.

Taehyun walked over to hug him, seeing a few houses up ahead. "Let's go there until it stops, okay?"

Beomgyu nodded, shaking in Taehyun's arms as they walked toward the houses. They quickly got inside one of them and Beomgyu curled up in Taehyun's lap with a blanket wrapped around his body and head.

"Okay, what's wrong?" Soobin asked, sitting next to them on the couch. "Why is he so freaked out?"

"I know he's afraid of thunderstorms, but I don't know why."

"I'm not afraid of them," Beomgyu said, pulling away from Taehyun's neck to look at all of them. "It's just triggering."

They all looked at him in concern.

"Triggering of what?"

*Four years ago*

"I'm almost done cleaning up," Beomgyu told his boss.

When he didn't get an answer, he sighed and just finished before walking out.

"Hey, Beomgyu!" His coworker called his name, following him out. "You need someone to walk you home?"

Beomgyu's eyes widened. "Um... yeah. Thank you."

The boy who was a few years older than him nodded and they continued walking down the street.

It started raining, and Beomgyu soon heard thunder clapping and saw lightning flashing in the sky.

"Oh jeez. I can call a taxi if you want."

"N-no it's fine," Beomgyu smiled. "I can just walk."
