Dandelions - Lee Felix.

You smiled as you felt your fingers run through the blades of grass underneath you, pricking and tickling your finger tips on this hot spring Tuesday with a freckled boy squinting at the sun, his hands covering his eyes creating a shadow on his cheeks.

A picnic, just a small one, he whispered in your ear as he brought you out in the morning, his hands covering your eyes almost all the way. You could feel all the stress that was bubbling you up all weekend slowly cool down.

Your pale blue sundress in contrast to the bright green grass filled with dandelions. He smiled to himself as he looked at the aesthetic sight but he wanted to make it better.

He took your arms in his and made you look at him. He chuckled at how shocked you were as you were earlier focusing on the dandelion which your fingers had clasped upon.

" Felix- " you said in surprise while he just put a finger on his lips and layed you down softly on the red checked blanket you both were sitting upon. Once your head touched the soft ground he laid beside you.

You faced him, your face flushing from both the sunlight as well as how close you both were. You could sit and pass this whole day counting and naming his freckles, but the one you loved the most was on his nose.He used to have a complex about his freckles but you loved each and every one of them, especially the way they light up whenever he scrunches his nose.

" Eyes on me princess. " His deep raspy voice announced as he woke you up from your train of thoughts. Your eyes met his once again and you bopped his nose just to see his reaction.

Instead of being embarrassed, he tucked a piece of your hair behind your ear and place a finger on you chin, indicating that he needed a kiss.

You fulfilled his desire by closing the gap between you two, taking in all the mini sparks around you and felt him smile into the kiss.

He brought you a mini bouquet of dandelions after strolling around for a while but ended up giggling together after you both ended up sneezing not stop.

Tuesday morning, a busy day is what you expected. The morning rush never fading around the park you both had laid upon. You would have been one of those people rushing to get a coffee before work, yet here you are, giggling with lix on a bed of dandelions and you couldn't ask for more.
