The screen went black.
(Y/N) paused for a moment, confused about what just happened then dropped her head into her hands with a loud frustrated groan. "Why do you keep doing that?! I didn't get to end the match!" With a sigh (Y/N) shut the laptop, seeing no point in continuing now that it had shut itself off. Again. She pushed the laptop to the edge of the bed and flopped back into her pillows with another annoyed groan, her eyes drifting closed to try to start relaxing enough for sleep after staring at a screen in the dark for hours. She was still in her black skirt and loose blouse she wore in the day but honestly didn't care at the moment as she steadied her breathing and relaxed. She was beginning to get comfortable on her plush comforter when she thought she heard an odd sound. A slight clincking like glass Christmas ornaments bouncing of each other was the description that came to mind, a sound that come from just outside the window behind the bed in the loft room. As the sound continued the girl decided to lift herself up to kneel on the bed and peek out the window. The fog had somehow gotten way thicker, to the point she could only see a few long branches that reached close to the windows and also... something was falling between them, bouncing off the branches making the clincking sound as they fell. It was hard to tell what they were but they had a soft glow and clicked against each other.
"...the hell is going on out-" (Y/N) began saying quietly to herself before something larger dropped past the window, startling the girl enough to make her fall back on the bed with a loud gasp. She was frozen with shock for a few seconds before she leapt off the bed, ran down the stairs, and hurried to the glass double doors at the back of her small house. She stopped at the doors frozen, confusion and a little fear beginning to wash over her features as she stared outside at the the brightly colored bat with a large blade sticking out of one side that was laying in the leaves right outside the door, bloodstained and glowing softly. Knives with purple-blue tinted blades were still raining down around the bat as she stared at it in growing confusing. It took a few moments but she soon built up enough courage to unlock and open the doors, her bare feet stepping out onto the cold wet leaves just a few steps to see if what she was seeing was real or not, when a mass of dark gray fog dropped into the leaves over the bat. (Y/N) yelped in surprised fear, stumbling back into the doorway and falling on the wooden floor inside, the thick fog swirling out from where it landed and flowing into the open doors around her on the floor. She shivered at the feeling on her skin but quickly sat herself back up on her knees to look at whatever just fell.
The swirling fog began to recede back into itself revealing something underneath, something large and.... bright yellow. The first thing (Y/N) saw uncovered was a hand followed by an arm, outstretched in her direction and covered in faded bloodstains. More bright yellow became visible as the fog collapsed in on itself, disappearing completely above the bare chest of the man now laying just past the doors. (Y/N)'s eyes were wide and she let out a breath she only now realized she was holding as she stared at the scene before her, unsure how to react to this. There was a man, dressed in a long bright yellow coat that flared out around his body on the ground and magenta striped pants decorated with chains. He had striking white hair with a light lavender tint and dark makeup around his eyes that looked like it had at one point ran down his pale cheeks with tears. His face, torso, hands, and coat were all speckled with blood; some of it appeared old but other spots wet enough they glistened in the light shining from the doors telling (Y/N) it was fresh. The glowing bat was underneath his arm closest to her, the purple blade somehow missing cutting him even though the edge was facing up. The knives had stopped falling as soon as he hit the ground and were now scattered in the leaves surrounding him.
It look probably about ten minutes of (Y/N) staring at him and him not moving before she began to scoot closer out the doorway. The first thing she noticed upon further inspection was that he was indeed breathing. He was definitely alive. She hesitantly reached over to his hand, her eyes flickering between his hand and his face in case he woke up, and quickly tapped his fingers before drawing back. He didn't react. (Y/N) let out another breath and moved closer. He was definitely alive and he was definitely real. Of course she knew who this was, or at least who it appeared to be. She had just seen him on the screen of her laptop, chasing down Meg before (Y/N) purposely threw him off a cliff. A small part of her wanted to reach over and touch his face, look at his features closer, but that part of her was drowned out by the part of her that screamed this man was a fictional serial killer and very dangerous and was now very real and was very unconscious in her doorway.
"What am I supposed to do about you..."

I wrote the first three chapters after waking up way too early this morning and needing something to fill the boredom. This chapter might be boring but I wanted to emphasize how BORING and lonely living alone can be. A lot of it might be boring or not make sense actually, I'm not sure. I didn't edit any of these chapters and I wrote it on my phone in the dark. It also will not let me capitalize my i's for some reason. I don't actually have time to write this story so if anyone reads this and wants me to continue past these first three chapters, let me know. Toodles.
