Begin is part of my realistic series, in which I try to tell the story of the BTS members as accurately as I can. Begin follows Jungkook through struggles at school. It will be super cathartic for anyone that had trouble at school and wanted their parents and teachers to see them more and advocate for them more!!!
Baby Jungkook struggled hard with ADHD symptoms like wiggling, hyperfocus on the wrong things, impulsivity, talking to others, and hating sitting still (as anyone who has ever seen the boy give an interview can attest!). He did not enjoy school and it was a struggle for his parents to support his self esteem in a world that wasn't built for neurodiversity (aka, people with ADHD or ASD or others who have trouble sitting still/don't thrive in a traditional school setting).
Watch Jungkook prove that you don't need to be good at school to succeed at life!!
I really hope you guys will add Begin to your libraries and give it a chance, I really really love it!!!
