The marauders slowly drew the goblets to their mouths. No one dared to take a sip.
Rose rolled her eyes. "Fuck it." And with that she drank.
The others stared at her for a second before drinking as well.
It was silent for a moment. Sirius cleared his throat. "Do you feel different?"
They all shook their heads.
He sighed. "Well is anyone up to tell us their darkest secret?"
"I'm a werewolf." Remus blurted out. His eyes went wide and he threw a hand over his mouth. It was clear to them, that he hadn't intended on telling them.
James' jaw dropped. Sirius' eyes went wide. Peter jumped in his seat. Rose showed no reaction.
"What?" Peter shrieked.
"I was bitten when I was four. It was Fenrir Greyback." Remus sighed.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Sirius smiled sadly.
"I'm a monster. You probably don't want to be friends with me anymore." Remus teared up.
"Are you kidding me? You're the best person ever! Of course we'll stay best friends." James shrieked.
Rose narrowed her eyes. "Veritaserum."
"Huh?" James asked.
"Veritaserum. Truth Potion. The only question is why didn't she put it in the other cups as well?" Rose furrowed her brows as suddenly everything went black.
