The boys woke up to a loud explosion.
They rubbed their eyes and looked up only to find Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall standing in front of them.
They looked around and noticed that they were in the Hospital Wing.
"Where is Miss Reign?" Dumbledore asked sternly.
The boys shared a look before answering.
"We don't know."
Two days later Rose's dead body was found near the forbidden forest.
The boys told Dumbledore about Peter being a Death Eater so he was sent to Azkaban.
Remus left Hogwarts and transferred to Ilvermorny.
Sirius and James drifted apart because it wasn't the same without Rose.
Everything just because of harmless secrets.
And they would never find out that Rose didn't want to tell her darkest secret because she simply didn't have one.
It wasn't a secret about herself so it wasn't hers to tell.
It was Lily Evans' secret that she took to her grave.
