Sorry, it took a little longer. I was planning to have this uploaded yesterday; my job had been heavier than usual. This made me ended up sleeping earlier than normal as well.

This closing chapter formally completes this project. Tomorrow I'll upload the original version. (all fourteen original chapters uploaded at once, so there is no waiting for those.)

Draco Knight Chapter 5 will be coming out very soon. And once that is uploaded, my focus will turn to my MHA fantasy AU and Fafnir Knight. Get excited because I'm on a roll.

Epilogue: The Road Yet To Come

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

"For citizens returning to the country that was abroad for less than one year before the embargo, please follow the yellow signs."

It had been over a year since the war for society had ended.

The League of Villains, or the Paranormal Liberation Front as they had come to be known. Had finally been defeated with the deaths of their leadership, which included the puppetmaster All For One. It came at a great cost, with the loss of life for everyone, civilian, hero, and villain alike.

A year since the hero everyone came to know as Deku made his debut to the world as the successor to All Might himself.

"For citizens returning to the country that was abroad for more than three years, but less than five years, please followed the blue signs."

A year since the country had started to rebuild itself, allowing for non-aid international travel to resume at last. This allowed many Japanese citizens who had been trapped abroad to finally return home. At Haneda International Airport, two of these returning citizens arrived early that morning after many years in the United States, seated until they knew where to go next.

"For citizens returning to the country that was aboard for longer than five years, please follow the red signs and remain in the lobby until processed."

"That's us," said the short, older man in English, wearing a worn-out navy suit. He was traveling with a taller, younger man wearing a more casual T-shirt of the American Pro-Hero, Blink, and a pair of blue jeans. Upon hearing the announcement, both gentlemen arose from their seats to follow a small crowd of fellow citizens who had been gone for at least five years. With luck, the wait would be short. They could have their passports checked over as the final step for their return home.

"You excited to be back?" The shorter man asked, looking at his ward as they followed the red signs and formed a line to a waiting lobby.

"I'm...not sure," the taller man answered in a meek voice. "I...was taken when I was six, so I don't really have any memories attaching me here...Hell, I can barely remember how to speak Japanese...Let alone read it," he added, looking at some of the complex-looking Kanji on the nearby wall with unease.
