Cami's POV
Davina's bakery was busier than ever due to today's specials. Davina and I worked tireless to push out the orders that constantly kept piling in from the customers. Most of the time the baker would be so empty that you could hear a pin drop, but on the day's of our specials we could not stop people from coming in and ordering from the baker. Today I came in early to get a head start of the crowd and to avid the fact that I have not been getting sleep again. I always have the same dream of meeting an unknown men, we talk and then he disappears. That is not even the worst part. My parents car crashes and then I walk up.
Something about the dream just feels so real because when I was eighteen my parents car did crash but I don't remember meeting the unknown man nor do I remember the conversation we had on the side of the road that night. Since, the accident I have seen and talking with countless amount of psychologist who tell me that the trauma of the accident makes the unknown man feel like he is real but that just doesn't explain the I feel when the dream occurs.
I feel like I am having an outer body experience every time I see the unknown man. "Cami" Davina yells snapping me out of thought. "Sorry Davina I was just thinking about the dream again" I tell Davina as I am finish up the last batch of cupcakes. "really you are still having that dream, I thought your psychologist gave you something for that?" Davina had a confused look on her face, as to why I am still have this dream. "She did but I just can not seem to escape it, it's like every time I try to forget about the dream it happens all over again". Davina realized I was about to cry telling her about the dream.
"Hey Cami, I am sure everything is going to be okay" Davina says trying to cheer me up. "I hope so, enough about the dream lets just finish preparing for the rest of the day." I say to Davina not wanting to go any further about the dream. "Okay" Davina says not wanting to pressure Cami any further about the dream.
As I am just about to finish the last order of the day, This handsome looking man comes in to order the last desert on the counter. He has dark black hair and a very unique accent. You can tell he was very wealthy because he was wearing a custom made suit. "Forgive for coming in so late, but I would like to buy the last pink cupcake for my niece hope". He says not wanting to frustrate me due to the fact it is almost closing time. "Sure, that will be $3.50." I say as I watch him take the money out of his wallet. "Here's $20 keep the rest for your tip." The handsome man says as he winks at me on his way out of the door
