Cami POV:
After that almost kiss with Klaus, I thought it was a good idea to rush downstairs to meet Hayley and Rebekah before they start to worry. Right before reaching the last step on the stairs, I ran into Kol Mikaelson.
"So, Camille you rejected my brother."-Kol says to Cami with a boyish smirk on his face.
"You saw me back away from the kiss"-Cami says to Kol with a look of concern and surprise written all over her face.
"Yup Nik will not be happy which will not be good for anyone that is forced to be around him."-Kol says to Cami while raising his eyebrows.
"Why would he-"
I was about to ask Kol why Klaus would be upset but I was cut off by Hayley and Rebekah ask me to come down so we could leave.
"Well, I should probably get going before they coming to get me."
"Hey Camille, my brother may seem like a horrible but deep down.... like way down he is a semi decent person"-Kol says to Cami with a genuine expression on his face.
"I will keep that in mine"-Cami says to Kol with a slight smile
I finally made it downstairs where Rebekah and Hayley were. Hayley looks stunning with her long flowing brown hair with a sweater, black jeans and brown boots. Rebekah on the other hand look as if she was walking on the runway with her leather red jacket, knee high black dress, sunglass, and red heels. She topped the outfit off with a gold necklace. (Outfits above)
"Bloody hell I was about to Vamp to your room and drag you to go shopping with us."-Rebekah says to Cami with a joyous smile.
"Sorry I just got caught up with something, but I'm ready now."-Cami says to Rebekah while grabbing her phone from the table.
Few hours later...
What felt like 8 hours of nonstop shopping due to Rebekah having to have the same shoes in every color. We finally stop to get some lunch. Which I had to Remind Rebekah that I am human and must eat and will not go more than 4 hours without eating because food is my life. I conceived them to try Davina's bakery because it was the closet to where we were shopping. Hayley and Rebekah found us a table by the window while I ordered us some sandwiches and pastries.
"So, Cami what was really keeping you from us earlier"-Hayley says taking a bite out of her vanilla cupcake with bright pink frosting.
"Well, I was walking out of my then I saw some painting and decided to admire them"-Cami says to Hayley taking a bite out of her Turkey club.
"That's a shocker Klaus let's no one in that stupid room. He says it allows him to be at peace and find solace within his self, whatever the bloody hell that means."-Rebekah says walking back to the table with her third try of free compelled pastries.
" He didn't seem to mine that I was in there. He did seem to mine when I left after he tried to kiss me though."-Cami says hesitantly to both of the women at the table.
"Wait Klaus tried to kiss you"-Both of the women said in unison
"Well, yes but I did walk away before our lips connected"-Cami says to both of the women while finishing up her Turkey club
"Why did you walk away"-Hayley says to Cami with a hint of curiosity in her voice.
"For starters I have a boyfriend"
"Don't you mean you had a boyfriend"-Rebekah says to Cami while finishing half of the pastries.
"Yeah, I guess you're right, but I still just got out of a 10 year emotionally draining relationship. I am not trying to start anything with anyone let alone Klaus."- Cami says to both women with a stern determined voice.
"I know it's not my place, but I feel maybe you and Klaus starting something would be good. Well mostly for him he seems to relax and not be so ready to murder people or manipulate them"-Hayley says to Cami while packing up some pastries for Hope to eat later.
"I will have to agree with Hayley for the first time in a while he is not making diabolical plans and trying to commit murder. I know you heard the stories about our family and more specifically Klaus but believe me when I saw you have changed him from the moment you two met.
"I suppose you two are right but for right now me and Klaus will remain friends"-Cami says to both women as they leave the bakery to head back to the Mikaelson Manor.
