『 Epilogue 』

A year later...

"adoption?" Gulf asked in surprise while he and Mew were sitting in the backyard by night

"yeah, we both love kids and we also prepared rooms for them, our work is stable so it's easy to adopt, you don't want to?"

"no of course I'd love to have kids, I just thought the rooms you prepared were for my sister's twins when they visit"

"I knew you would think like that, they are welcome any time but I do want to adopt a boy and a girl" Mew said looking excited about what he just said making Gulf giggle

"you really love kids and enjoy being with them"

"yes, I want to welcome orphan kids into our family, well it would be even better if I could get many more kids"

"you are so kind Mew, I'm sure our children will love you a lot"

"so should we go tomorrow, I know an orphanage close by"

"of course my love, I'm so excited about having children to make our family complete"

As soon as they arrived, the caregiver showed them around to watch the kids, she looked happy to know that they want to adopt and especially after knowing that they are a couple and have a stable life, all the kids they saw were between the age of 5 to 14 years

"is there younger children?" Mew asked

"actually there is, we just found them two days ago by the front gate but they are twins and we don't want to separate them"

"ohh, twins? May we see them?" the female caregiver nodded and went inside and brought them, to their surprise they were a boy and a girl, Gulf glanced to Mew who already had stars in his eyes admiring the little adorable kids

"according to the birth certificate we found with them, they are 19 months old, they are healthy and very timid, only a little underweight" the kids looked a bit scared holding into the caregiver, they did look a bit slim yet they were so cute but they didn't appear to be Thai children.

"are they really from Thai?" Mew asked noticing that too

"apparently, the mother is Russian and the father is Chinese, here is the birth certificate and a letter we found with them" she handed us the papers that Gulf and Mew carefully scanned

According to the letter, their mother was very poor and was diagnosed with a deadly sickness, she said that the father was a very terrible man and he ran away when he found out that she was pregnant and she doesn't have a family so she couldn't afford to offer them a good life so she wished that a good family will adopt them and asked them to at least tell her children the truth once they are older and to take care of her beloved twins, she also wrote another letter addressed to her kids that the couple were determined to keep it safe until they reach a good age and tell them everything

"we would love to adopt them" Mew said after looking at Gulf who nodded agreeing, after going through many procedures and checkups at hospital which took about a month, the couple finally assumed the parents of the little children, at first they cried and looked afraid of them but slowly calmed down playing with chopper who started jumping around when he first saw the kids

"it seem your puppy is like you, he looks so happy playing with them"

"it's thanks to him that they finally calmed"

"it may get a bit hard raising them since they are very young but let's do our best Mew"

"I will do my utmost to be the best father for them"

Since Gulf already had experience it was easier for him and get along with the little angels who slowly felt comfortable with him, Mew also slowly managed to make a way into their heart and the twins started smiling and laughing more and more
