Apollo Kathleen, beacon hills ray of sunshine walked through the school building smiling at everyone who glanced her way. The girl greeted anyone and everyone unaware of the suspicious eyes following her every move.

"That's the smile of pure evil." Malia Tate whispered to Kira Yukimura as she watched the pretty blond girl walk down the hallway.

"Yes and i'm sure her laugh is filled with darkness." Kira laughed to herself, but soon stopped when she noticed the look on the coyotes face.

"You're way too suspicious of her." Kira rolled her eyes as Malia watched the girl continue to smile at everyone she saw.

"Why is she always smiling? It's weird." Malia found it weird how everyone was okay with the happy girl. Did other people just not find it annoying that the girl constantly smiled at them.

"Maybe she's just a really happy person." Kira said as Apollo made her way closer and closer towards them.

"Hi, Kira!" Apollo greeted the kitsune cheerfully as ever, ignoring the way Malia practically stared into her soul.

"Hello Apollo!" Kira tried to give Apollo the best smile she could, but she knew no one could compare to Apollo's smile, not even her.

"Hello Malia." Apollo greeted the coyote not quite as cheerful as she did Kira, she knew the girl didn't enjoy her happiness as much as others did.

"Blah blah." Malia glared at girl who faltered a little bit before giving Malia another smile and continuing on her way.

Once Apollo rounded the corner she let out a sigh of relief. Within her first month of being in beacon hills, she had discovered the McCall pack. Usually she would've ran away, but none of the pack had recognized her for what she was yet.

A dhampir.

A dhampir in beacon hill surrounded by all things supernatural. She was happy they hadn't found out about her.

She had already broken rule number thirty eight.

Rule 38
Never stay in in one place too long.

She couldn't help, but to stay in beacon hills. No vampire hunters had found her and she had gotten into Zero trouble.

The hospital never realized when Apollo took blood bags and she'd even had the chance to adopt a dog.

Life was great for her at the moment.

"Who even names their daughter Apollo? Isn't that a boys names?" Malia asked watching as the girl tuned the corner.

"Isn't your boyfriend called Stiles." Kira asked Malia who inhaled deeply still smelling the faint scent of blueberry pie.

"Sure." Malia muttered before adding. "I don't even think blueberry pie smells good why does it smell good coming from her?"

"You memorized her scent?" Kira asked Malia who turned towards her with an offended look.

"No! Why would i?" Malia lied. She didn't like Apollo's scent, she only memorized it, so she could always know where her enemy was.

That was a good reason.

"What do you think Lydia smells like?" Kira asked.

"I don't know, flowers." Malia answered quickly.

"That was such a basic response. You totally memorized her scent." Kira smiled at Malia before walking away. She was definitely rooting for Apollo and Malia.

"I hate math. It's pointless." Apollo looked up at the sound of Malia Tate's voice. She was being pushed into the room by Stiles Stilisnki someone Apollo assumed was in a relationship with the coyote.

"It's school. School is important, and math is essential." Stiles said as they sat down in their seats, Apollo listening to the conversation from her spot in the back of the room.

"To what?" Malia asked.

"Knowing how much to tip at restaurants." Apollo giggled quietly to herself. She wondered why that was the humans first answer.

"And other less important things like
medicine, economics, engineering..." Lydia trailed off as Stiles added.

"Tipping." Apollo stopped listening to the conversation once the teacher had started to speak.

"All right, volunteers to the board. Lydia, Apollo, Malia." Apollo immediately stood up ready to solve the problem the teacher had written on the board.

"Um... I didn't volunteer." Malia spoke to the teacher.

"You did now. To the board." Apollo walked past the girl flinching slightly when she heard the girl growl at the boy, not noticing the suspicious look Lydia Martin had given her.

Apollo didn't hesitate to start solving the problem on the board. Chalk dragged across the board softly.

"Stupid notes." Apollo looked over to the side of her and saw Lydia already walking back to her seat and on the other side of her Malia struggled to find the answer to her problem.

"X equals twenty five." Apollo smiled at the girl before she walked back to her seat. Malia quickly writing the answer on the board.
