Chapter 18

Evie's POV

After talking to Stacy I broke down.  I mean I know she would not lie to me so that means Crawford really did leave, with out saying goodbye.

Layla's POV

I was in my room and I heard a faint cry.  It sounded like Evie. Being her best friend I should had noticed before now that something was up.

I ran up to her room.  I went to turn the knob and it was locked.

"Evie unlock this door." I said.

"Look Layla I don't want to talk just leave me alone." she said.

Her knowing me she should of known that was not going to happen.

"Evie open the door. I can hear you crying. I know somethings wrong.  Is it you and Crawford?"

After I asked this I heard the door unlock and her footsteps go back to her bed.

Her ankle was already better but her arm was still in a cast.

I went and sat in her bed with her.

I began to talk,  "What's wrong Evie you have been different and no talk about Crawford."

"Layla he left.  He's gone he didn't even say goodbye.  But he can go on instagram and twitter and say I'm back in Canada but can't say it to me. He told his mom not to tell me where he was but him being him he puts it all over instagram and twitter."

After she said this all that went through my head was Chris where's Chris did he leave too?

"Look I know this is hard and your my best friend and I love you, and I love Crawford but what he did was a Dick move. I'm really sorry.  Do you want me to go?" I asked.

"Yeah Layla if you could just leave me it would be better. I love you and everything, but I kinda want to be alone."

After she said this I left and with nothing else but Chris on my mind.

Is that bad? 

Was I being a bad friend just thinking about Chris?

All I know is, is that he's not picking up his phone.

Did Chris leave too?

Did Crawford cause him to leave too?

Where is Chris where is the guy I fallen to hard for to fast
