Chapter 14

Evie POV
When I woke up the first person I saw was not the person I wanted to see. "What are you doing here?" I asked the women I hated that was standing in front of me. "Even tho we hate each other you still are under aged and I have to take care of you." "Just get the fuck out I don't want to see you!" When I yelled this my ribs started to hurt then I realized that they were broken and so was my arm. I guess Crawford heard me yelling because he came running in the room. "I told you she did not need anything to upset her Amanda. That's why I told you to go home and leave her alone. Did you really sneak in here just to piss her off!?!" "Listen Crawford she is like, your sister now so maybe you shouldn't be like dating." "Wait what do you mean?" I asked. At this point I was very confused. "Evie Amanda signed the papers and now my mom and dad are you legal parents" Crawford said. "What really!?" I was hurt and happy then weirded out that Crawford was like my brother now. "Yeah but it doesn't matter Evie we can still date. I mean if you want. I do and I love you and you sacred me really bad, when you ran out in front of that car." I looked over at my so called mom that I will now call Amanda and said "if you are not my "mom" then leave. I have no reason to talk to you or even look at you." With that she left and I drifted off to sleep.
