Chapter 7

Crawford's POV

When i saw Evie and Layla pull up i guess Evie saw someone because her face went pale white. She looked like she was about to cry. "Crawford? What are you doing here?" "Layla asked me. "me and Evie wanted to surprise you and Chris. Why does she look like she's about to cry?" Layla looks up then yells "ah.. Hell no!" she walks up to this women and starts yelling at her. "YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO SEE YOUR DAUGHTER BUT YOU HAVE TIME TO FOOL AROUND WITH THIS GUY? WHAT THE FUCK AMBER??" then it hit me that that was Evie's mom. I looked back at Evie and she was walking up to her mom. "mom what are you doing here?" I could tell her mom was lying to the next thing she said. "I came to see you!" when she said that she had a fake smile on. I guess Layla could tell she was lying to and called her out. "Bitch don't even sit here and lie to her!!" I walked up because Evie was in tears now and i could not stand to see her like that. I pulled her away into a hug. She cried into my shoulder. I whispered in her ear "it's gonna be okay I'm not leaving." I've only known this girl a day and i have such strong feelings for her. She looked up her makeup was running down her face. "thanks Crawford." I wiped off her makeup that was under her eyes. Then she brightend up. I leaned in and she did too.
Evie's POV

When me and Crawford kissed sparks flew. I had a sensation through my whole body. I guess he did too, because when we came apart he looked happy. We kissed again and again sparks flew. We went up to Layla and she was still pissed. "where's my mom?" "she left with that guy. Evie I'm so sorry about her." "it's fine." let's just go eat Im not gonna let her ruin our day. Then I hear Chris "I didn't know you could get like that. That was hot!" she started to laugh. They were hand it hand. I guess Crawford saw because he grabbed my hand. We walked in to chipotle, and i heard people saying OMG it's Crawford and then people where like he's with Evie!!! I could not belive people in California knew who I was. I started to get nervous because I knew my makeup was all messed up. "I'll be right back. " I said to Crawford and went to the bathroom to freshen up. I fixed my makeup and my hair. Then walked out. I saw Crawford talking to the waitress. Then he saw me. "Evie I got all of us a table." I looked over to get Layla and she was with Chris they were doing cute little peck kisses. "come on love birds Crawford got us a table." we all walked over to Crawford and went to our table. I sat beside Crawford and Chris and Layla sat beside each other. Me and Crawford were holding hands under the table. I was so happy. But then......
