"Come on!" I said as we creeped out of the forest. Yolanda's house was just across the way.

"Yolanda?" Poppy sighed. Yolanda was our neighbour, a year younger than me. She wore button downs tucked into khakis, and had headgear. The total nerdy package. But as I discovered in the sixth grade, when my family was invited to come for dinner, there was a secret tunnel from her room to this little bunker-like room that was filled with extra food. Mostly candy she snuck in. No wonder she's fat.

But it was the perfect place to hide Bloober. And Yolanda loved animals, so it was perfect.

I used the knocker engraved with The Yermen Residents. Yolanda opened the door.

"Hi Thani! Hi Poppy! Hi Mia! Hi people I don't know!" She said with a lisp.

"We need you to put this in your bunker." Alvin held out Bloober.

"His name is Bloober." D.J. said. "Just until seven tonight."

"You want him in the thockpile room? Ok!" She let us in, and in under a minute, we were in the tunnel.

"Maybe we should stay with him." I said as we got into the bunker.

"Yeah!" Mia cried.

"Ok. My parenth aren't home until thix, and they never come down here. Only to get extra food." Yolanda closed the door behind her, leaving us in a 24 X 24 metal room.

Alvin tried to open the door. It wouldn't open.

"We're locked in until six." He sat on a box and sighed.

We all sighed.
