Luke
I played with Jo for what seemed like eternity. I lost track of time and before I knew it, it was time for dinner. It was a long day. I had sent Caroline to go take rest. Poor girl. She never left Jo's side for the past two days. Jessica told me she barely ate. So I decided to look after Jo so that she could get some rest. But that was seven hours ago.
"Uncle Lwek,Uncle Lwek, Jo is hungry" I laughed. She looked so cute.
"OK Jo, we will go eat dinner. But before that we have to go wake up,Car"
"Okay" she said before jumping into my arms. I picked her up and started towards Caroline's bedroom.
Caroline.
"Car, Car,CARRRRRRR" I heard Jo call out while jumping up and down on my stomach.
"Wah.. what"
"Gett upppppppp"
"OK OK Baby I will, stop jumping" I caught hold of her and steadied her. She got off me and stood on the bed.
I sat straight and looked around and thats when I noticed someone laughing. I looked around and saw Luke standing near the doorway laughing his head off.
"Why are you laughing?"
"O-h nothing" He managed to say in between laughs. Why is he laughing? Hah. Men.
"Stop laughing"
He stopped laughing ,straightened up and then looked up at me and started laughing again. Ugh. I got up and walked over to the long wall mirror and then I finally realized why he was laughing at me. My face was covered in red sketch marks.
"JOOOOOOOOOOO" I shouted. That girl.
She looked up at me with one finger touching a lips and shook her head. " It wasn't me Car"and pointed at Luke. "It was uncle Lwek". He looked at me and started laughing again.
"YOU" I shouted, glaring daggers at Luke. He stopped laughing and gulped. I can be scary whenI want to be. He raised both his hands in surrender.
"Sorry, sorry but you should see the look on your face" and with that started laughing again. I walked over to the bed and threw a pillow at him. He caught it easily. Then I looked around and found a little glass and aimed it at him. His eyes widened for a second and then a large grin spread on his face. He turned on his heel and started to run away.
"Catch me if you can"
Oh no he didn't.
I started running after him with the glass.
"Car? Where are you going ?" I heard Jo ask before I darted outside and ran after him in full speed. He was ahead of me but I knew I could catch up with him. I ran and when I got close I jumped on his back which made his legs give away and fall to the ground. I landed on top of him and started hitting him, but it seemed to have no effect on him. He could have easily turned around and pinned me down, but he was too busy laughing his head off.
Then I saw Jo run to us screaming "JO IS KILLING UNCLE LWEK, JO IS KILLING UNCLE LWEK"
I looked at Jo and decided to get off of him. I sat on the ground and Luke did the same. We looked at each other and then at Jo and started to laugh. This was the first time in ages I got to laugh this sincerely.
To bad it did not last long.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE"
