12 months passed and a lot of things have changed too. After Mary left Ririka with the letter, hate has grown in Ririka's heart. The platinum hair girl has turned back to her old personality. Quite, and not even want to open up. She lost her daughter and her love life left her, what else the world wants to give her? What that she do to deserve this?

The big business that she's been working on is driving her insane so she decided to quit. She wants to arrange a small business and want to start a new life, mostly, she doesn't want to keep on living in a shadow so she opened a coffee shop. Yup, it's the best option to make

"Nee chan~" Kirari walked into the coffee shop. It was 8 in the morning, Ririka just opened the shop, and like always she will become her twin sister first customer

Ririka places a cup of latte in front of Kirari as the other girl sat at the counter. Kirari chuckled and took a sip of the latte "So did you make up your mind?" She asked

Ririka pretends like she doesn't pay attention to what Kirari said and keep on cleaning the cup in her hand with a small towel. She knows where this conversation going to lead her

"Nee chan, I know you hear me!"

"Oh, my god! I told you already. I don't want to go on a date with that guy. Besides, I still someone's wife Kirari!" Ririka rolled her eyes

"If you still her wife then tell me where is she? Where?! You can't keep on living like this. You said you want to forget her but you still wear that damn wedding ring. Meet that guy, maybe mother's choice is not that bad. I can find someone to search for Mary and both of you can get a divorce!" Kirari said, a bit yelling

"Don't say her name Kirari!" Ririka's blood was boiling

"See?! You hate her, so why you don't want to start a new life with that guy? He can treat you way better!" Kirari was also in anger as Ririka keep with her stubborn decision

"I- Ugh can we just end the topic?" Ririka sighed and goes to the toilet. Leaving Kirari all alone

Ririka locked the toilet doorknob and running the water at the sink. She washes her face and without realizing it, tears have mixed with the water. She looked at the mirror, her eyes were red and another tear rolled down her face

"Why it has to be like this? I thought I already forget about you Mary Saotome. You hurt me so much. You're the one that told me that you were in love with me and you're the one that told me you'd protect me. We were going so perfect and now what the hell happened? Maybe Kirari right. I should start a new life with someone. Someone that deserves me more than you..." Ririka took a deep breath. She wiped her face before got out of the toilet

"Nee chan~ you know, I just want to help-"

"I will try to go on a date with that guy but if I don't like him, please don't push me to marry him"

Kirari's mouth curved into a smile "Ara~ I will arrange everything" She stood up and hand Ririka the money for the latte "I call you later" She said and leave

Ririka looked at the wedding ring on her finger. She took the ring off and put it inside her pocket. It's time to erased all of the sweet and bad memory along with Mary's name

"Hey kiddo, I'm back. Sorry for not visiting you in a long time" Mary smiled and put flowers at Kokoro's grave "So how you doing? Did you take good care of mommy from up there?" The blonde girl sighed as she feels guilt strike her

"Mama is a bad person right? Mama left your mommy all alone. Mommy must hate me right now. Mama doesn't even know how to face mommy if mama meets her. Speaking of that, do you think mama will be able to see your mommy again?"

Mary let out a tear. Just to be thinking about what she did to Ririka making her want to stab herself with a knife

"Mama going to go now okay? I'll visit you again someday. Bye kiddo!"

Mary walked to her car. She started the engine and hit the pedal. A lot of thought was playing in her mind as she driving. She just arrived here after 1 year left this city and now she wonders what going to happen next. She glanced at the clock, her stomach was growling, and at that moment she realized, it's time to get breakfast

She stopped the car to search for a place to have breakfast. There's a coffee shop nearby so she decided to go there. It took her 15 minutes of driving and now she finally arrived at the destination

She entered the coffee shop and goes straight to the counter. The worker was busy doing her job and as the worker turned around, Mary's eyes were widened. Her heart was beating fast

"Ririka?!"

"Mary?!"
