Ch. 15 Broken Secrets

The next two months flew by so fast. Every morning as soon as I woke up like clock work I had to throw up. Morning sickness is no joke! It's funny because it's not really morning sickness since it happens throughout the whole day.

I sighed as I threw my feet over the side of the bed. I stood and went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I put on a cute little floral sundress and some pink gladiator sandals. I curled my hair and let the loose curls cascade down my back and then I applied light makeup. I looked at my reflection in the mirror. It has been two months since I found out I was pregnant meaning I was now four months pregnant. Ty has been over protective like he always has been but now he is ten times worse. I smiled as I rubbed my belly bump.

I grabbed my purse and walked downstairs. The pack was all sitting at the table eating the lunch Tyler made. Tonight we are going to tell Tyler's parents that we are having a baby. They have been out of of the country since I found out and they just came back a few days ago. His parents are at the point in their lives where they like to travel around the world unless there is pack business.

"Hey baby you look beautiful." Ty said as he kissed my cheek.
"I'm nervous." I shyly stated.
"You don't need to be. They already love you. They will be thrilled to become grandparents. I promise. You will see." He said as he kissed my forehead.

I've met his parents before. Hell that was easy. We hit it off right from the start. But to face them and tell them that you are pregnant...well that's a whole new level of nervousness.

I did the dishes and started the dishwasher. We then got in the car and went to his parents house. It was only a few minutes down the road but it felt like time was dragging on. The whole way there I picked at my nails it wasn't until Tyler grabbed one of my hands that I realized I was doing it in the first place.

We pulled into the driveway and the car came to a stop and he put it in park. We got out of the car and walked up to the house. I was counting my breaths so I didn't pass out. He rang the doorbell and Alice his mother opened the door with the biggest smile on her face. She was such a beautiful woman. Her hair was frosted brown with darker brown highlights. She was about 5'7 with the body of an athlete.
"Oh baby come in!" She said as she hugged Tyler. She then looked at me and engulfed me in an even bigger hug.
"How are you darling? He isn't driving you crazy is he?" She laughed as we walked inside.
"I've made some tea. Join me in the living room." She said politely.

We followed her and sat down. Richard, Tyler's father was already sitting in his chair. He looks exactly like Zach and Tyler just an older more mature version. We walked in the room and he immediately stood up and hugged us both.

"Good to see you son." He said as he hugged Ty.
"Ally you get more and more beautiful each time I see you." He told me as he winked at me. I giggled and sat down beside Tyler.

"So how was Paris?" I asked politely as I took a sip of my tea.
"Oh babygirl it was beautiful! The lights, the people, the food! Oh you HAVE to come with me one day." His mother replied.

"Oh I would love to!" I exclaimed honestly. I would love to travel outside of the country.

We continued to have small chit chat for a while and then the moment came.

"So Tyler, not that I mind honey but what was so important that you just had to come see us?" She laughed.
Tyler looked at me and then he grabbed my hand and gave it a gentle squeeze.

"Well mom and dad we have something to tell you." Tyler said as he looked at them with so much excitement.
"Me and Alyson are going to have a baby." He said with a huge smile.

In a matter of 5 seconds his mother engulfed me in the biggest tightest hug.
"OH MY GOD!" She squealed. Richard came and gave us both hugs and told us congratulations.

"So your not mad?" I asked. His mother gave me a look like."are you crazy?"
"Oh baby no!! I am beyond thrilled. How far along are you?" She asked.
"4 months." I replied as I rubbed my belly.
"Ohhhh! I just can't wait." She smiled ear to ear.
"I'm so happy for the both of you. You will be great parents. I'm excited to be a grandpa." Richard smiled.

The rest of the night we talked about baby names for both boys and girls. Nursery ideas. Me and his mom decided that we were going to go shopping when we found out the sex of the baby. I'm just so happy that his parents are as excited as we are.

We drove home in a completely happy silence. I fell asleep in the car and I woke up to Tyler gently carrying me upstairs. Man being pregnant really wears you out.

When we got upstairs Tyler undressed me and put me in the bed and cuddled up behind me.
"I love you so much Alyson."he whispered.
"I love you more Tyler." I said with a small smile.

Tomorrow is my doctors appointment to find out the sex of the baby. Me and Tyler have bets on what it is. I think it's a boy but he swears it's a girl. I think he just wants another girl to protect. I love my handsome mate more than I ever thought I could possibly love anyone. I finally fell into a deep peaceful sleep.
