Chapter 1: A Burning Ally

"Whew, that was tough. I don't know how we managed to escape." I said. Of course no one else said anything because we are all still in shock of how much destruction and chaos we caused. Now we definitely need to hide, if the Queen ever sees us again she will kill us on sight. In my head I can still hear the Queen saying there's an army coming for us. "Hey! Guys! Brian, down here!" Wait, who said that? I look at the bottom of the hill and I think it is.... Burn! " Hey! What are you doing here?" I ask. "I had to get out of there. I couldn't take all of the mass chaos and questioning. Also I hate the Queen, always have, always will. She only thinks of herself. Like once Inwas shot by an ice dragon and my heart almost froze, but did she care, no! I'm her daughter for crying out loud!" She exclaimed. Whoa, I thought she looked like the Queen but I didn't think she was her offspring. "Anyway, I really wanted to find you for two reasons. One, I wanted to tell you that the Queen has called for reinforcements from a different land. A land of pure ice, a land where the native dragon is an ice dragon. Slowly but surely she will build an army built to destroy anything that will stand in the way of killing you and your family. And second I wanted to travel around with you guys and join your side." Well, looks like she wasn't kiding, an army is coming. And they're coming for us.
