~Um, so Mr Murray invited you to walk with him to meet the new school nurse. Who was she? Let's find out...~

As you approached the First Aid room, despite wearing masks, you could smell the faint whiff of fake floral perfume. It was like something your late grandma would have worn. I wonder who this new nurse is, and i wonder why Mr Murray was chosen to show her around, rather than a more experienced teacher or perhaps the head master?
Oh well, lets just act natural, act nice, and not act suspicious in any way...

Mr murray knocked on the door. No answer. Suddenly there was a rattling and a frantic closing of drawers. 'Who's there?' Cried a voice. You expected Mr Murray to answer. And he did: 'Uh, just me, Mrs Jenkins. I'm just here with a student who is ingured. As am I. May we come in?'

So many questions, and answers for that matter. She was married, hence the title 'mrs'. And she DEFINITELY wasnt married to Mr murray. Phew...
She was sort of, mysterious. And smelled of home. After all, before the great fire that killed off her entire family, all y/n's family would live together under one roof.
Her two sets of grandmas and grandads, mother, father and her uncle. No siblings. No cousins. Just y/n and some adults in a cramped house.

But anyway...
Back to the story...

There was a silence, but soon enough, she opened the door.
She was about 5"2, so a bit shorter than y/n. She had blonde hair like y/n, except the nurse's was short and curly. She was wearing a grand floral dress, assumingly to match the floral theme of perfume and clothing attire.

Her face seemed sweet but with a stern personality. Nice enough though. At least she was married. Thats the main thing!

Anyway, there's not much to say about what happened really. They talkeda bit, y/n got some blue paper towels and little ice packs that had already melted. Always works.
As for mr murray, well, he sort of had to put on his own blue paper towels and ice packs. Thats was interesting to watch 😏
Good thing the ice packs werent freezing or that would have been a whole other story-

They finished up, said goodbye, and it was already past the end of the day, and y/n had missed all of PE, so it was time to head home. Today her mum wasnt picking her up, she was walking home.

But there was one last thing for her to do...
