Chapter XVI: Internship

*Mina's POV*

I made a huge mistake... it's been a week since the sports festival ended and Y/N didn't talk to me at all... he didn't even look at me.

Whenever I tried to talk to him he just... pushed me away.

We were in class... on the board there were a list of us and how many offers from agencies we got... Y/N being the winner of the festival got only 3.

Denki: "How the heck did this happen?"

Shoto: "What do you mean?"

Mezo: "Y/N got only 3 offers even though he won."

Tenya: "He won? I didn't watch the TV."

Toru: "So why does he have only three offers?"

Momo: "I-"

You: "If I may Momo, I got 3 offers but... one of them is from my mom and one... from White Reaper..."

Minoru: "You... YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!!! HOW DID I NOT GET HER OFFER?"

You: "Because I told her who you are... and she's not interested in incopetent fools like you."

Minoru: "Why you hurt me so much?"

Ketsuki: "Cheater!"

Shoto: "How did you get an offer from White Reaper? I thought she doesn't work in an agency."

You: "She doesn't... but it seems I got her interest."

The class doors bursted open as Ibara appeared.

Ibara: "Y/N! Momo!"

You: "What is it Ibara?"

Ibara: "I have an offer from White Reaper! Do you two as well?"

You: "Yeah I do."

Momo: "I don't..."

Ibara: "What a shame... anyways... are you planning to work with her?"

You: "Definetaly."

Ibara: "Great! Uuughh... you don't mind it right Momo?"

Momo: "No I don't... but we have to have a talk."

Ibara: "What about again... I told you everything."

Momo: "Oh... just that if you do anything weird with Y/N-"

Ibara: "Shut your mouth! You know I wouldn't..." she left blushing.

Mina: "Why was she blushing?"

Rikido: "Who knows!"

You: "So... you have chosen guys?"

Izuku: "It's simple for me since I have noone."

Ochako: "Wait really? But I thought you'd get at least one?"

Izuku: "It seems noone wants someone who can use their quirk only once before becoming useless."

You: "Have you trained it?"

Izuku: "I tried but... I don't know how."

Ketsuki: "I thought you're training with All Might."

Denki + Minoru: "Why do people have so much privilege!"

You: "All Might... hmmm... I thought he will be able to help you."

Izuku: "He is... but..." he went mumbling again.

Kyoka: "But what?"

Izuku: "I always think about how to use it less to not hurt myself that much."

You: "Stop thinking then... all you have to do is to follow the dang instructions they give you, Midoriya."
