Chapter 4

'Tennis?' Jasmine walks outside with 3 tennisrackets. I nod. 'Sure, why not.' Nienke also nods. 'Let me get the Bluetooth box.' She gets up and walks inside.
'Do u know where a tennis field is?' Nienke asks me. I shake my head. 'Not a clue.' She chuckles. 'I'll ask someone.' I run towards a boy and tap his shoulder. 'Im sorry for interrupting you, but do you know where a tennis field is?' The boy turns around. 'Hi, ehm... probably near the shop at the beginning of the campfield.' He says and smiles at me. 'Thanks!' I turn back around and walk to Nienke and Jasmine. 'He thinks near the store, so let's go there.' - 'He's cute.' Jasmine says. Nienke and I chuckle. 'Go ask his instagram!' Nienke says way to loud. 'Ease off.' Jasmine puts a finger in front of her mouth. We chuckle. 'I'll ask for u.' Nienke runs towards the boy. We see her talking but can't hear what they're talking about. After a minute she returns. 'And?' I ask. 'He has a girlfriend.' She chuckles. 'Scheiße.' Jasmine whispers. Nienke and I start laughing.

'Come on!' I shout when the ball ends up in the bushes for the 4th time. Nienke laughs. I run towards the bushes and grab the ball. 'Next time u will get him.' I point at Jasmine. She laughs. 'Yes boss.' I quickly check my phone and change the music. Nienke and I start singing along very loud. Its been a long time. 'I've been up all night, no sleep, cuz I fee-ee-eel like I'm always dreaming.' We sing along. We don't care we can't sing at all, we're just having fun. Nienke laughs at us and records a video.

'Hey.' Someone taps my shoulder when I'm getting my stuf together. I turn around and bump into Lando. 'Hey.' I feel an amazing feeling in my stomach. I feel great when I'm around him, although we've only seen each other 3 times. 'How ehm... how are u.' He asks while scratching his head. 'Yeah I'm fine, nice to see u again.' I feel I'm blushing. He smiles at me. 'So u can tennis?' He asks sarcastically. I chuckle. 'Im horrible at it.' He presses his lips into a thin line. 'I've seen worse.' I chuckle. 'You're also on this canpfield?' I ask. He nods. 'Yepp.' 'Bo! We're going!' Nienke shouts. 'Coming!' I answer her. 'Wanna meet my friends? U can stay over for diner if u want?' He smiles. 'Yeah sure, can my other 2 friends come to?' I nod. 'Think so.' I grab the Bluetooth box and a bottle of water of the ground and walk towards Nienke and Jasmine. 'So ehm.. This is Lando.' I say. They turn around and smile at him. He presses his lips in a thin line and reaches out his hand. 'Nice to meet u.' He says. 'Nice to meet u too.' Jasmine shakes his hand. 'Very nice to meet u.' Also Nienke shakes his hand. 'I invited him and his friends for diner, okay with that?' I ask the girls. They nod. 'Yeah sure!' Nienke says. 'Great.' I clap my hands. 'See u in an hour?' I ask. He nods. 'See u.' I walk back to Jasmine and Nienke. 'U like him.' Jasmine says dead serious. I chuckle. 'No i don't, we're just friends.' She raises her eyebrows. 'Thats what they all say.' I chuckle again. 'I swear we're only friends.' - 'He definitely likes u.' She says. 'Dont act this silly, we've seen eachother 3 times.' I laugh kinda nervous. I like Lando, but on a friendly way. I don't know if I ever will like him on an other way. We probably won't speak again after this holiday. When thinking about that a weird feeling appears in my stomach, it kinda feels like when ur homesick. I sight.

'Hey!' Lando walks towards our mobile home. I was about to put some salads on the table. 'Hi.' I walk to him. 'I made desserts.' He hands me a bowl with brownies. 'They're healthy.' I chuckle. 'Thanks.' Lando and the 2 other boys sit down while Nienke and I quickly get a few other things. 'Nice to see u again.' Nienke says to Lando. He smiles at her.

'Here u go.' Lando walks in with a few empty plates. He hands me them. 'Thanks.' I smile at him and put them in the dishwasher. 'It was delicious.' He says and leans against the kitchen table. I smile at him. 'Thank u.' - 'Need help?' He asks. 'No, its okay, will be done any minute.' He smiles at me. 'Okay than.' And leaves the kitchen.
'Jasmine, I don't feel really good. I say when we're done doing te dishes. 'I'm going to bed.' Jasmine turns around. 'You're okay?' She asks caring. 'Just a headache.' I press my lips into a thin line. She smiles at me. 'Okay, I'll tell the others.' I nod, walk to the badroom and search for my makeup wipes. I softly take the makeup of my skin, brush my teeth and change my clothes. After a few minutes I lay down in my bed. I quicly  check my phone, answer a few texts and put it on the charger.

I wake up because someone knocks my door. 'Ya.' I sight. The door opens. 'Can I come in?' When I hear Lando's voice a smile appears on my face. I turn on my side  so I can see him. He smiles at me. 'Yeah sure.' I sit up and Lando sits on the bed. 'Your okay?' He asks. I nod and give him a smile. 'Yeah, im OK.' He presses his lips into a small line. 'Great, just wanted to say that I'm happy I met u before we're going to our mobile home.' His cheeks are a bit red, really adorable. When he says that butterflies start to fly in my stomach. 'Same for me.' I say. My cheeks are getting red. My phone buzzes. Its my dad. 'Can u wait for a sec need to get this.' He nods.
'Bye dad!'
'Thanks for waiting.' I chuckle. 'He was to excited about formula 1 coming back to Zandvoort.' I say. 'No problem.' I lean my head against Lando's shoulder. 'He can't stop talking about Max Verstappen and some guy called Norris, he is rookie of the year he says.' Lando chuckles. 'He's a great guy.' I look at him questioning. 'You know him?' He nods. 'He's a driver for McLaren and I'm graphic designer there.' I chuckle. 'Sick.' Lando laughs. 'U think so?' I nod. 'My dad will murder someone to get a meeting with him.' Lando laughs. 'Lando, mate, we need to go!' Thom shouts. 'I need to go, see u.' I smile. 'See u.' Lando wraps his arms around me. It feels like coming home, his strong arms around me, my head against his chest. The door opens. 'Nahww look at them, the love birds.' Jasmine says chuckling. I sight. 'I already told u, we're friends.' - 'Yeah we're just friends.' Lando let me go. He gets up and walks to the door. 'See u.' I say quickly.
