The flow of school bell rang through the air, making everyone in the class get up and leave.

"Have a nice weekend class!" The young girls English teacher, Ms. Misek said.

"You too Ms. Misek." Jemila smile brightly at her. The teacher smiled back widely and waved at the younger girl.

Mila walked out the door to be met with multiple bodies, including her cousin Natalia and her best friend Adsila.

Her smile was bigger upon their arrival, as Jemila turned to face Talia. "How was your first day being a sophomore?"

"I was good, but one of my teachers, Mr. Anteater, or whatever the fuck his name is, is annoying as fuck," she replied with a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Him?" Sila laughed dramatically. "Both me an' Mila had him last year. He was fucking annoying too. He sent me out cuz I had my phone on the table — face down at that. Like bitch, where the fuck is it supposed to go?"

All girls laughed in sync, continuing their stride down the hallways.

"But, today I'm 'pose to be fighting this one ugly hoe that just keep running ha' fucking dirty dick mouth. She keep testing me, so I gotta teach her," Sila added, rolling her eyes with a mug present on her face.

"Why is she talking 'bout you?" Jemila questioned, worry settling in her voice. Not worry for her best friend, but for the girl because Adsila gets a little crazy if someone talks bad about her family — including Jemila.

"She was talking 'bout ma' momma. Like bitch ion' care if you talk 'bout me, but whatchu not finna do is talk bad bout ma peoples, on my soul."
