Roman and Remus were the princes of Roshilo Kingdom. And although they could perfectly fight for themselves, after the war, their father got the twins a bodyguard.
There was a facility where the government kept those who were... unlike.... them (NOT SCP!!!).
Possibly with otherworldly abilites or even simply disformed and in need of proper precautions. This place is called the Earthbound facility. And this facility is also the place Roman and Remus's new guard came from.

Profile: Seems to not be very cooperative with the rest of the facility members. The color of his power is orange and he seems to radiate this power in his sleep, possibly as a way to stop it from overflowing? His powers show a wide range of abilities, all the way from levitation to being able to talk to creatures. Although he shows abilities that can only be related to a simple magician, he also has the power to create plant life and bring apon the death of others with a single glimpse.

"B-but my lord! Are you sure you should take... him...? He could destroy everything!" The facility worker said.
"I know what I'm doing. This is the one." The king said.
You could see the boy In the holding cell through the cameras.
He was fairly thin but still had some meat on him. He had dark brown overgrown hair, and his eyes were shielded by his outgrown hair. Although you could see one of his eyes were orange. He seemed like he hasn't seen sunlight in eons...
This was the day he was set free.
But he found friends.
