Tapping Methods Of Mediations

Mediation is a big part of being spiritual and of course a Witch. It helps our connect with the now "Present" and being still with Mother Earth. There are many reasons to do mediations to helps us in many ways. Depression, anxiety, Stress, Peace within one self, Self love  and connecting with your guides.  There is also many ways to do Mediation. One Popular one is laying down or sitting in a relaxing position making sure your breathing is well clamed down with a patterns of inhale to Five, Hold it on two and let it out of your mouth slow as you can  to the count of six-seven. Another method is crystal Mediation which is in the same way but they use crystal using your Chakra's; Cleansing and unblocking. Walking Mediation, Walking slow in your area, feeling everything. Its great for grounding and stress- levels. We walk so fast always that this can be so life changing to try.
