Shadow Work
When you see this word "Shadow", you immediately think of your shadow. You can only see it if your in the light or a sunray of light shinning on you in a dark room. Some sense it can be on a reflection of a mirror if you wanted to get science of it but we aren't getting in that, wrong chapter.
If you google it; to describe a shadow, it'll come up with; Some adjectives for shadow: probable, possible, bloated sundial, pallid shrunken, vast, grotesque, dark tense, stark and distant, slightest slight, vague contorted, indistinct, silvery, hence horrible, sinuous low, stolid dark, new, umbral, odd misshapen, mournful mysterious, vain and portentous, fainter.....and so on.
Besides all that I've written; it is not what shadow work is!
Shadow Work is very beneficial for everyone. Even though it's known for its traditional mark "Witchcraft", its not a form of Witchcraft; its just Psychological says the lady on the YouTube Channel "The witches' cookery". If you want to work through your tremor and get great achievements through not feeling sad all the time and breakdown the blocks that are blocking you. This is great to do for healing yourself as a person.
Here are some books on Shadow Work that I found is very helpful below:-
The best way through shadow work is in your own way, your own pace and your own time. It can be hard to do. I have not gotten a grip of it yet and its been 4 years. I am not ashamed of it and that doesn't make me less of a person; nor a useful witch. Some things we are good at and other things not so. We all are different. That's why its so much fun to learn off other people. I hope my suggestions do help you in your shadow work. Blessed Be!
