As the Nine Tails beast taken is out of Kushina, knowing she'll die anyway she preforms the "Reaper Death seal" (sorry I got the name wrong in the description) that her husband created and taught her.
"Kushina what are you doing?!?" Minato yells in agonising pain.
"I'm going to die anyways, so might as well do it" she explains on the verge of death.
"I'll perform it! It's my Jutsu so I'll perform it!" He screams at his wife, tears falling down his face at a rapid speed.
"Than who'lol look after our baby Naurto?" She replies in a soft jet sad voice. She looks at Minato and asks him a question that could change everything. "Dear, would you please give me my son?".
"Kushina why would I ever do that!?" Minato asks demanding answers.
"I'm going to seal the Nine Tails inside our son" she exclaims.
"Wa-wa- WHY would you ever do that?!? Seal it in me!" He yells, as his face becomes a river. " I know how to control the Nine tails!"
" I know honey, but i want my son to to be as just as strong as his mother! Maybe even more strong with a father like you teaching him to control the Beast!" She explained, as her face turned blue from all of her tears. Minato sighed, he grabbed Naruto and passed it over to his beautiful wife.
The Nine tails was now inside Naruto Uzumaki's body, and Kushina Uzumaki is now dead, form the Nine Tails and the Reaper death seal.
