Chapter 8

The diner closed, everyone left except for me and Mike. We entered the office and the fourth shift started.
"What's her name?" I asked Mike as I looked at the cameras.
"Amy, Amethyst. Your names have the color purple in it so its a connection." Mike said checking the doors. I only used the cameras to check on Foxy since he used a lot of power.
Chica moved rooms, she was at the right door now. It was ready three. Bonnie hasn't appeared yet. Mike shut the door for Chica and waited for Bonnie to appear.
"How much power?" Mike asked.
"Fifty." I replied.
"She can come any minute now, most likely five." Mike replied, he closed the door at the sight of Bonnie. I kept checking for Freddy but didn't see him. The clock hit four, and I saw Freddy in the office, I warded him away and he was out. Mike and I kept checking the doors. When the clock hit five, I could hear my own heart beat out my chest. The lights went out and we still had forty percent left.
"It's her." Mike said.
"No shit!" I replied. I put the remote down, and was ready to meet competition. A person just like me blinked in and out the room, I heard a sinister laughter. I looked around searching for her and she appeared at my face with a evil grin.
"You must be Violet!" She said and flashed to the corner of the room, "You must want answers." She flashed back at my face, "Why is there an opposite of you? Cause you were reincarnated." Her voice got lower then higher. She started to laugh with her eyes glowing purple.
"Reincarnated?" I said, "I can assure you I have not died. Unlike you."
"You were suppose to be a copy of me, and Vincent is our older brother. A copy, the marionette made you up. You took my place in life." She flashed into my face and got my shirt, "And I came to take it back, I always come back and I always will. Im ready to step up, I'm a super natural and you are too. You barely know anything about yourself, your not a human being Violet. Your one of us." She said quickly and faded away. She flashed back into vision with a knife, "When you die, I take your place, when I die, you take my place. That's how it works!" She yelled and tried to stab me, I immediately dodged.
"I'm not a copy, I'm normal!" I said as I collapsed onto the ground.
"I'm telepathic, as you can see."She flashed back and forth, "Now what are you?" She said pointing the knife at me. Mike wasn't moving, why wasn't he moving? Amethyst realized I was paying attention to Mike and threw the knife at his shirt and he was pinned to the wall, "This is between me and her you got that?" Amethyst said.
I quickly kicked her feet and she fell but teleported back to her feet, "I'm practically invincible with my ability. Yours is probably worthless."
The clock hit six and Amethyst's eyes were pure black, like the kid from before.
"I'll be back." She said and teleported out. Holy shit, that's a lot to take in. I looked at Mike and he couldn't get the knife out of the wall. He decided to just rip his uniform and act like nothing happened.
"The heck, was that." Mike said.
"I guess that's what I'm suppose to resemble. Cause apparently I am suppose to not exist." I replied. I walked out into the diner, I'm not suppose to exist. Amethyst is the, true me. I'm suppose to be dead. Mike touched my shoulder and I looked backwards,
"Don't let things get into your mind." He said. I sat in the diner till the place closed and finally got sleep.
I just want to be wanted
To be needed
To be known
To be me.....
