Okay, first of all, Orion is pronounced OR-EE-ON, like Oreo, not OH-RYE-ON like the constellation. Also, when I say "the other girl" I really mean Heroine but I didn't want you to think it was the drug.

Damn! He did it again! Orion zipped through the streets, close to the cement of the sidewalk but high enough to prevent any more collisions with any mortals. First he ran into that poor girl and pushed out her memories, now this! He had to find her spirit before it was too late to push it back in.

"Come on, come on," Orion muttered impatiently, looking desperately for the (hair/color) haired girl. She couldn't have gone far...

There! She was bouncing impatiently as she waited to cross the street with a mob of other people. Breathing a sigh of relief, Orion flew up to the girl and tapped her on the shoulder.

Face to face, this girl was much prettier than he thought. Shaking his head, Orion stuck out a hand. "Hello," He greeted, deciding it was better to get acquainted to this girl.

She raised an eyebrow. "Hello..." Taking his hand, she widened her eyes. They weren't warm, they weren't cold, they had no temperature at all. Quickly drawing her hand away, she asked, "Are you okay?"

"Me? Yeah, I'm fine. But you're not," Orion explained.

"What do you mean? I'm perfectly fine!"

"No," Orion stated. "You're not." Before the girl could protest, it was time to cross the street. Orion grabbed her arm, holding her still and staring at her intently. A chill ran up his spine as somebody passed through him. The same person walked right through the girl, too, and she screamed, jerking away from Orion. She tripped into the road as the sign changed again, screaming her lungs out as a car accelerated towards her. It passed through as well. Orion waited until she calmed down to walk out and help her up. She rejected his hand once it was offered, instead staring at her own in disbelief.

"H-How did I..." She stammered, looking up to Orion with big, scared (eye/color) eyes. With a sigh, Orion bit his lip and thought of how to break it to this girl gently.

"I'll explain, but let's get you out of the road first,"

"So...you collided with my soul and now I'm disconnected from my body?" She asked once they were settled down. Orion nodded, letting his legs dangle off the roof he took the girl to.

"Yes, and it's extremely important that we get you back to your body before the connection is weakened and breaks." He felt the eyes of the girl on him, examining each strand of purple hair of his.

"I never got your name," She finally muttered.

"My name's Orion. Nice to meet you." He held out a hand, surprised at how serious he got. The girl grinned and took his hand again, paying close attention to the feel of it.

"(Your/name)," With a giggle, (Y/n) shook his hand and stood up. "Well, we've got a body to find. How do we get down?"

Orion laughed, grabbing her arm again. "Flying."

"F-flying? How?"

"Well, I wouldn't expect you to get the hang of ti just yet. Just hold on to my hand. Or arm if you're not comfortable with that!" He added quickly, not wanting the beautiful girl- oh, (Y/n)- to get the wrong idea.

"I'm fine with taking your hand," She answered, interlacing her fingers with his. He felt butterflies he had never felt before, what with him being created for the mission with the other girl. Hiding the faint blush, he ran towards the edge if the roof, tugging (Y/n) along. He heard her scream as they jumped off, but soon they were flying above people's heads. With a slight giggle, (Y/n) gently tipped one man's hat off. Orion laughed as well, glad you were enjoying yourself. He was definitely having fun. It had been years since the last time he saw his first companion.

After a few futile searches in the city, Orion suggested you look in the hospital. He flew as fast as he could, not taking time to enjoy the ride. It was getting late and soon the link between your body and your soul would be broken. Even though the situation was desperate, Orion couldn't help but stop at who he saw outside.

"Orion? What's wrong?" (Y/n) asked with concern. Orion nodded nimbly, eyes glued to the scene before him.

"G-go ahead and look without me. I'll be there in a minute." He stammered, letting go of her hand. She nodded and managed to hover away unsteadily. After a small smile crept up to his lips, Orion turned his attention back to the couple before him. A man with long green hair was standing next to a woman he knew all too well. It was Heroine, smiling at something in her arms. When Orion got a closer look, he realized it was a baby. Heroine grinned at Ukyo, who smiled back at her and helped her into the waiting car. Orion whispered her name, then called it out louder. But, just as he predicted years ago, she didn't see or hear him.

He knew this would happen. He warned her about it, but he was the one being affected. Now he had to do it again! Sighing, Orion slowly flew to find you. He drifted into the hospital room, seeing you staring at your body. What was weird, though, was that nobody was there.

"(Y/n)?" He asked. She looked up at him and caught a glimpse of his tearful expression right before he wiped it away.

"Orion...what's wrong?" (Y/n) asked, slowly drifting towards him. She out an arm on his shoulder gently. "Orion?"

"I saw the last person I, uh, guided. She...didn't notice me."

"Will I notice you when I get back in my body?"

"N-no," Orion stammered, biting back tears. "You won't remember me, either."

(Y/n) wrapped him in a tight embrace, letting him cry on her shoulder. "Can't I just stay here with you?" She asked.

"N-no. Neil-sama, my creator, wouldn't approve." He whimpered. Straightening out, he added, "You better get in. The connection will be broken soon."

(Y/n) went to her body and watched as her hand phased in. Looking back at Orion, he smiled and waved. "Goodbye, Orion." She said with a small smile. Then she stepped in her body.

However, when she woke up, she wasn't in a hospital room. She was on an empty plane with a checkered floor. Standing up, she looked around. "Hello?" She called out.

"(Y/n)?" A familiar voice asked. Snapping her head up, (Y/n) grinned and ran to her companion.

"ORION!" She squealed, hugging him tight. He laughed and hugged her back. "Orion, why am I here? Am I dead?"

"No, no, nothing like that. Neil-sama and I were talking, and he wanted to grant you a wish."

"Is he some kind of genie or something?"

"No, just an all powerful being. So, what do you wish for?" Orion asked with a hopeful look in his eyes. (Y/n) knew what he wanted, and she wanted it, too.

"How do I ask him?"

"Just say it out loud."

"Really?" She asked. Orion nodded. "Okay. Neil-sama, I wish to be a faerie like Orion, and to work by his side."

The two of you were transported back to your hotel room, and you saw nurses rush in to try and save you. They didn't know your body was empty and hollow. But even though your soul was disconnected from its body, you couldn't help but feel happy, complete and whole with Orion.
