The mission Vlad Luca had given was simple, three days later would be this month's full moon. A party would be held commemorating the full moon the day before. Which was where as well as when (Y/N) would strike. But for now he had plenty of time to kill. Now that he was a part of The House of Luca, he was no longer obliged to work at Moonlight.Storing his weapons in a new car which he bought, he drove it into the parking lot of the casino he previously worked for.
(Y/N) brought along his all-black three piece suit, without need of an I.D he was let into the casino. Of course he couldn't enter looking like he was just some common thug. Unlike last night it was a pretty busy session at the casino. The place was loaded, probably because it was a Friday evening.
He proudly strode past his former employees, head held high. Although he was as of now working with freaks, he for once felt like it was the old days once more. Bart was once more behind the counter, serving various customers with skillful ability.
(Y/N): "Bart."
Bart: "Ah, why if it isn't (Y/N) (L/N)."
He greeted, (Y/N) sat himself at the counter and handed Bart some dollars.
(Y/N): "Not such a slow night tonight, Isn't it?"
Bart: "No, sir it isn't. In my opinion it's the busiest this place has ever been."
(Y/N): "Thank god I got out of this job when I did."
He laughed a little, Bart meanwhile grabbed (Y/N)'s favourite drink.
Bart: "Say, what happened with you and the Luca's daughter? I was a bit worried that when she brought you out that they were going to completely drain you and leave you out to dry."
(Y/N) just chuckled and shrugged.
(Y/N): "Perhaps I counted my lucky stars that day. To the contrary, they gave me a pay raise and a promotion."
Bart: "Not to offend, but I never knew the Luca family allowed humans into their ranks."
(Y/N): "Well, neither did I until now."
(Y/N) replied.
Bart: "Anyways. What'd they promote you to?"
He asked, whilst pouring (Y/N)'s favorite wine into a glass. He generally preferred to keep his past and now present life as a hitman secret from those he acquainted himself with.
(Y/N): "Hard to say, I prefer to keep it to myself. They also recommended that I do. It's best for the both of us."
Patron: "You kiddin' me? You hooked up with them bloodsuckers? Ha ha! Now that's a tale to tell."
A random customer loudly proclaimed, sitting himself right beside (Y/N).
(Y/N): "I should recommend you to them, serves you right butting into a conversation."
The man just laughed heartily. He looked to the bartender, who he expected to laugh along with him.
(Y/N): "You're not funny pal. Accept that."
Patron: "My lord. You are dull. You see this man bartender, this dude is dull. Ha! You sure are an entertaining fellow."
(Y/N): "You gonna step away? Or are you just going to stand there chortling like a mindless dumbass?"
Patron: "And why should I? I have the right to sit here."
He aggressively asserted, not backing down. Rather foolishly.
(Y/N): "Because I say so."
He just burst out laughing, creating a huge scene out of nothing.
Patron: "Why, I see no set of fangs on you. And you claim so hard to be an associate of the Luca's."
