- Very Next Day - 1:43 PM -Officer Roy exited a small café, a cup of warm coffee in hand. Taking in the arid air of his city, he entered his patrol car and placed his coffee in the provided cup holder. Taking a moment to sit back in his seat and stretch out a little, he breathed a tired sigh.
(Y/N): "I always thought you were a light coffee person."
Roy jumped in his seat, yelling a little.
Roy: "Christ, (L/N) how did you get in here!?"
He bewilderingly asked, both (Y/N) and himself.
(Y/N): "You should really keep your doors locked, especially if you're a cop. I could've been some random criminal, other than an old acquaintance."
Roy: "I'll definitely keep that in mind. But, I mean... I could've shot you."
He said, to which (Y/N) shook his head slowly at him.
(Y/N): "Not if I shot you first."
He responded.
Roy: "Come on, that's not funny."
Roy replied, nervously at that.
(Y/N): "It's not meant to be."
(Y/N)'s ruthless tone broke through by that time. Roy just sighed and drank his coffee to try and calm himself down.
Roy: "Why are you even here in the first place?"
(Y/N) took Roy's own coffee cup out of his hand, taking a little sip for himself before giving it back. Becoming more of the suave hitman he used to be, or rather had merely convinced himself he no longer was.
(Y/N): "You're linked to Fenrir, you have information. I'm just here to buy. No biggie."
(Y/N) then pulled out a couple of hundred dollar bills from his pocket. Roy could see it in his car's rearview mirror, he nodded a little. Understanding more of the situation at hand. He reached behind him, attempting to grab it. However, when he tried to take it, his fingers slid off. (Y/N) had his grip on the bills and held on tightly.
(Y/N): "Information first. Money second. Dead werewolves third."
He listed off all three like reading from a simple grocery list. Roy contemplated for a few seconds, before he chose the route that would least likely get him killed. As it was a matter of death by the hands of Fenrir Den, or worse (Y/N).
Roy: "...That's fair enough, I never liked working for those mutts anyhow. Word from most of the guys back at the station is that this month's pre-lunar party will be held in the Hotel Rouge. About 9 PM to 1 AM."
This time, (Y/N) let him have the money. Roy pocketed it and (Y/N) patted him on the shoulder, afterwards exiting the cop car. Before departing he knocked on the window, Roy lowered it accordingly.
(Y/N): "Appreciate it, Roy."
He thanked, the police officer simply started his car and drove off down the street. (Y/N) now had a location and timetable. 4 Hours. Not bad, he knew that he'd been through worse before. But the victims were... different.
(Y/N) knew that Fenrir Den were more inclined to employ humans, so he had many options to take. Nevertheless it would end the same as all the others. Even though these new victims were different, they bled like anything else.
Meaning that they'll die like anything else...
