"Oh no!" Ava screamed. She dove out of the window, using her pride flag as a parachute.
Squelch. She landed on top of Marcus. Her face went as red as grass.
"It's okay darling. I'm fine. After my motorcycle accident they made me immortal." Marcus soothed.
Ava felt dizzy with relief. In that moment she knew she wanted to spend eternity with Marcus. She just needed to become immortal first.
