I was hanging out with my friends, eating lunch when I got a message. A scout walked up to me, saluting before giving me a letter. In the letter, I was being told to report to my squad commanders office at 1500. I was worried that I had done something wrong, not that I had broken regulations; I was always a rule follower. When I arrived later that day, I was waved in by my squad commander.
"PFC Ral. Take a seat please." He instructed.
"Have I done something wrong sir?" I asked, sitting down in a wooden chair directly across from him.
"On the contrary." He said. "You have the most solo kills in your squad. Impressive. You also have 17 assists. Remarkable. I'm not the only one who has recognized your skill. Are you familiar with Captain Levi Ackerman?"
My heart stopped. Levi Ackerman was not only humanities strongest soldier, but he was also extremely handsome and famous. "Of course. He has the most solo kills in the whole military." I said. "And he's also really cute." I whispered the last part.
"You are being reassigned." He said.
"What? Why?" I said, afraid that I had made a mistake or had been demoted.
"You are being assigned to The Survey Corps Elite Squad; Levi Squad." He said.
"What? Why me? I'm nothing special! I don't deserve to go." I said. I was strong for a girl, but not strong for a girl in the military. I was very short; 5'2. I was not the best leader. I had a good amount of kills, but nothing crazy.
"Beats me. Maybe he's bored of having almost all guys." He said, making me blush. Levi had no shortage of fan girls that would sleep with him in a heartbeat. "Anyway, he should be arriving soon. Pack your things, you wont be stationed here anymore."
After I left his office, I became extremely nervous. I was about to meet the best of the best. What if he didn't like me? I had to hurry to be ready by the time he arrives. I went to my barracks and packed my things. I had almost nothing besides some casual clothes, toiletries, and a necklace my father gave me. As I stepped outside with my bag, a carriage with the wings of freedom insignia on it pulled up. As I went towards it, the man stepped out. I had seen him before, sitting next to Erwin at meetings and recruiting, but never standing. He was short. Almost as short as me.
"Where is she?" He asked a scout who was just passing by. His voice was scary. Extremely bored, yet stern and condescending. As he saw me approach, he walked up to me. "Oi. I thought you would be bigger." I could have said the same thing about him. "Aren't you a little pretty to be one of the best?" He said, eyeing me. He was making me angry. How did so many people idolize this guy? He was a tier 3 asshole. Not only was he ignorant and rude, but he was also extremely basic in his analysis of people. He seemed to harass me for no reason. I would be lying if I said it didn't kinda maybe a little turn me on.
As we entered the chariot, we began riding to my new base. "I think I understand why you got the promotions; that ass is certainly worthy of praise." Levi said, bluntly.
"You really don't know how to hold your tongue, do you?" I said back, now extremely turned on.
