~Headcanon~ When you have an anxiety or panic attack

~Deku~
-He will notice how anxious you start to act and repeatedly ask you if you are ok
-Will have you sit down
-Will ask you to tell him 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, etc
-If you are at school he will take you to Recovery Girl
- If you are anywhere else he will take you home immediately
-Cuddles and a nap afterwards

~Bakugou~
-He will notice your anxiousness at first but won't say anything
-When you start to have an attack the first thing he'll say is, "what the hell? What's happening to you?!" In a concerned voice
-he will pick you up bridal style and take you to a quieter place
-will definitely rub your back as he soothes you
-Will ask what brought it on, and if it was someone he will most likely yell at them
-Again, lots of cuddles afterwards

~Todoroki~
-He will immediately know what's going on since he has most likely gone through them himself
-Will pull you to the side
-Asks you to breathe with him
-rubs your back as you breathe together
-will take you home/to the dorms afterwards no matter the time of day
-Will spoil you with kisses and cuddles

~Kirishima~
-Will notice your anxiety and ask you if you are ok
-If you say no he won't believe you but will just say "..okay"
-When it hits you he will most likely swear a bit
-He will start panicking himself but will keep it inside
-Will pick you up and yell for help, which will embarrass you
-Will set you down on the ground once he sees a teacher or someone coming and rub your back
-"Pebble, Pebble breathe please. Y/N, please breathe."
-Once you calm down he will hug you tightly and won't let go for a few minutes
-Will whisper things in your ear such as, "God Pebble I was so worried.. I love you so much! *tearful chuckle*"
-Will make you go home and will hold you for the rest of the day

~Denki~
-He won't notice how anxious you are until it hits you
-He will force you to look at him and have you breathe with him
-"That's it BBSN, breathe with me. It's okay."
-Will ask you to do the 5, 4, 3 technique (what Deku did)
-Will take you to Recovery Girl and let you sleep for a bit
-Will try and take notes for you in class to the best of his abilities
-Will fret to his friends if he did enough or not or if he did anything wrong
-"But what if I was supposed to take them to RG immediately?! What if-"
"Denki, my man. You did a very manly thing back there and you did great. Calm down."

~Shinso~
-He will definitely feel your anxiety and flat out ask you if you are having an attack
-When you frantically nod he will pull you into his chest and walk you away from everyone else
-Will pull you away from his chest a bit so you could breathe
-"It's ok Kitty.. Just breathe with me, okay? Okay."
-Will rub your back and say soothing things into your ear
-"Shhh.. it's okay. Could you tell me 5 things you see? Ok, good job. Now 4 things you hear?"
-Once you're ok he will take you to RG just to double check
-Will do all of your notes for you and write nice little things in your notebook such as, "My top three favorite things about my Kitty: how perfect they are, how humorous they are, how they are mine"

~(Dad)Aizawa~
-will notice your anxiety/panic in the moment and say, "Hey, kid. Are you..ok-?"
-will probably lightly swear when it hits you
-"Sit, sit. I knew you had attacks but I didn't think they were this bad- sh*t-"
-Will hesitantly put his hand on your back and softly make circles
-he definitely knows how to handle this type of situation since Mic probably sometimes has them
-"Breathe, 'k kid? Good. Keep breathing just like that."
-Will text someone and ask them to bring him some water which he intends to give to you
-when you can talk, he will ask what brought it on
-"..I'm sorry this happens to you. But just know this won't stop you from becoming the amazing hero I know you can be."
-Will definitely say that a bit bashfully
-Will dismiss you to the dorms for the rest of the day
